Hotel Puri Grand

Not a price worthy hotel. It Asks double or sometimes triple rate. Mainly there is a sardarji manager, he only needs the money. Do not think about the rooms. The amenities are not well..... sometimes TV ,AC doesn't work well. Do Not stay here.

"Horrific Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs!" My November 3-5, 2024 stay at Hotel Puri Grand was beyond horrible. No normal water, no working geyser, no AC, and the room stank. The rude staff ignored my requests, making me visit reception 9 times for basic warm water--complete torture! Landline broken, zero communication, lies about a "fire." This disaster ruined my trip, delaying my Golden Temple visit by 1.5 hours daily. Don't risk it; this hotel will ruin your stay!

I visited this hotel 6 month ago,at that time it was a good idea to select this hotel morover prices were affordable,rooms were good,services was very fast and staff was very nice(staff is changed now) that is why i have choosen it 2nd time and it was very horrible stay with my family.this hotel staff ruined our trip.The problens which we faced here rooms were not cleaned,disturbance in rooms,we have late to visit golden temple just because of there gyser problm which was not working,we woke up at 2am but reached at golden temple by 6am.they still dont fixed our problms,no towel and soap they have provided,even if we had ordered anything they didn't responed we called atleast 10 times but still dont get even morning tea.staff is very very rude and stupid.they looking like they are drunken or consumed something wrong like drugs.generlly worst experience this time

Hotel is good but service is not good. So many times to call for service.

I visited this hotel on 24th June 2024. The cost of 3 days stay was Rs 3000. Earlier it was Rs 1350/day. After depositing the first payment of Rs 1500, the remaining payment will be given at the time of departure. The hotel owner is just fine. But on the 2nd day they started demanding the remaining payment. First day services(to turn on water in bathroom & AC ) 2-3 times. The remaining payment on the 2nd day should be deposited by the hotel owner. I said that I have to stay for 2 days, you will take rs 2000 for 2 days. But he says that this cannot happen. Hotel owner started talking about humanity. There was no talk of money. If you have taken money then provide services accordingly. "Be aware of this..."

It's in a small lane. Pathetic condition outside the hotel with overflowing drains and stinking. The rooms are not ventilated. Need to ask for every service like AC, linens, towels, water, TV etc.... And few rooms are too small and dirty. Only positive is it's walkable distance to partition museum, golden temple and jalianwala bagh

No towel and soap was provided. Room conditions are quite normal. Geyser facility was inadequate.

The hotel was ideal for the Golden Temple, bazaars and restaurants. The room was ideal for us. The staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful. Had some great chats, you were excellent guys, keep it up.
