Hotel PSK Pride

So I stayed in this hotel for 2 days during New Year. The hostel staff is extremely amazing and supporting. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Location is connected to major places. I even forgot some of my belongings in the hotel room but these people are so genuine that they kept them safely and even posted them to my place. Overall I totally recommend this hotel. People are really good.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.. It was a comfortable place for us. The rooms were immaculate, clean and very comfortable . It was amazing journey to explore the city and what makes relax and feel homely environment is where we had accommoted . The stuffs of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying in this hotel and openly recommend for other visitors....

We faced some booking issues and a lack of proper handling by the staff. Despite requesting a twin bed in one deluxe room, they gave us an unnecessary extra bed in the executive room instead, claiming twin-bed deluxe rooms don't exist (which they should have informed us earlier). The staff apologized for the confusion but couldn't provide a solution. Regarding the rooms, the deluxe rooms were very small but clean, including the washrooms. The executive room was spacious with a large, clean washroom, but it had no windows or ventilation, making it uncomfortably suffocating overnight. Additionally, the lighting shown in the photos was missing in the rooms. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, but better communication and room amenities would have improved the experience.

The location of the hotel is good and the hospitality is great. They can only improve on pre checks such as providing toiletries and other accessories in the room. A great option to consider for staying.

HONEST Review: PSK Pride Hotel, Sultanwind Road. Amristar. The hotel is in a good market location, but reaching it is a bit inconvenient. It takes about 30 minutes by cab from Airport, and Uber charges around 600. The staff is polite and helpful, but the hotel's luxury and amenities are not worth the price. We booked a Deluxe room based on the pictures on Agoda, but the actual room was very different. The first room had problems like a broken bathroom flush, no toiletries or towels, and a bad smell. After we asked for a change, we were given another room. Even in the new room, toiletries were not refilled during our 3-day stay, and hand towels were not provided despite asking many times. On the positive side, hot water was available, and the service staff behaved well. The hotel is about 20 minutes from famous spots like the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. Battery autos charge 50 for drop-offs but 150-200 for return trips. However, there is no parking space for those coming by their own car. Overall, while the location and staff are good, the comfort and facilities do not match the price. I give it 2.5/5.
