We had a great experience. Loved the decor of the rooms as well as the lobby area. The rooms are well maintained and the services are prompt if there is any issue with something. The staff is very polite and helpful. Location is quite good as autos are easily available for the Golden temple visit which takes hardly 5 minutes to reach there. And the parking in front of the hotel is also very convenient. Thank you Hotel Elite team, keep up the good work.

Executive room was clean, spacious with quality fittings and supplied with dental kit and toiletries. Twenty-four hours geyser and A/c availability was ensured. Staff behaviour was excellent, specially at the reception, Akshay was too good. Lift was very useful. This property is a new one and management is keen for the upkeep. The location is awful... golden temple, eateries and shops are at walkable distance. Plenty of three wheelers are available in the near vicinity. Family guests will feel comfortable.

A great place to stay if you plan to visit the Golden temple. The rooms, washroom, linen are clean. The hospitality of the staff is good. A special mention to Anil Thakur at the reception for his exceptional service. I'd highly recommend this place if you wish to stay around Golden temple.

I had booked a room for two days through Agoda, but due to the ongoing Indo-Pak tensions, I had to cancel my trip to Amritsar. Despite the short notice and it being the check-in day, the property owner graciously agreed to issue a refund. Such humility and understanding are truly rare--I'm genuinely grateful for their kindness during these uncertain times.

The Manager Mr. Anil Kumar Thakur is an excellent person. He was very prompt as n when he was asked for. Ambience... Very nice . I would recommend the tourists to have a definite Visit

Recently visited Amritsar with my family (my wife, daughter and my parents) and booked Hotel Elite through friend and the experience was fabulous. The rooms were neat, clean immaculate and very comfortable and the manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. And the best part was that the hotel wasclose to major attractions. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Amritsar. Keep up the good job Hotel Elite...

We had a great experience staying here and the staff was also very cooperative and polite. Though there were limited options in the complimentary breakfast but the taste was good. The location is also very nice, hardly 500-600 meters from the Golden Temple.

The rooms are big and nice..the staff is couteous. I dealt with one staff at the night shift and he is really helpful (Sorry i dnt remember his name). Both the managers Akshay and Anil are soft spoken and ready to help whenervr needed. The hotel is at a distance of 700 mtr from Gurdwara which is normal and walkable.
