Hotel East Wood, Amritsar

I recently stayed at the East Wood Hotel for one night. The room was surprisingly small. I also noted the absence of basic toiletries. Car parking is available in a lot adjacent to the road, which is a consideration. Given the price, the East Wood Hotel could offer more in terms of room size and amenities.

One of the worst ever expierence at this hotel . rooms are totally opposite as shown in the pics. Night staff was very rude i ordered food and after half an hour they are saying that our cheff just left so u may please order from zomato it was on the new year eve i agreed and ordered from zomato. Food delivered to hotel but they kept food at reception for 15min and than placed it in the lift and called me to pick from there and when i opposed this than receptionist come along with food that was already cold on complainig he asked me to wait and went to the kitchen i followed him and found that cheff and other staff is there and enjoying food and drinking whisky. Please nevere ever book this hotel

My stay at this hotel was good. Rooms are neat and clean, it is located on main GT Road and just 2.5 kms from Golden Temple. I parked my car at the hotel and took battery rickshaw which dropped me just outside the temple. Only issue faced was food ordered which took 30 minutes but it was delicious

Safe car parking with good food serviced at room. Room size is decent with running hot water in shower.

Helpfull staff... Very nice stay and...clean rooms......tasty food.....we love it

All went good and we had a nice stay. Staff are welcoming and supportive. Only issue we faced was with geyser but staff helped and got it fixed. Will visit again
