Exceptional Stay at Fortune Heritage Walk, Amritsar! We stayed at Fortune Heritage Walk for 2 nights with a large group of 70 people, and I must say--our experience was far beyond expectations. As a regular visitor to Amritsar, this was our first time at this property, and it truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth, professionalism, and ever-present smiles. What really made a difference was their genuine motivation to ensure our comfort. The General Manager was constantly present, personally attending to details and making himself available at all times. To top it off, the owner himself was on-site, overseeing the food service to ensure everything was perfect. Despite us being a large group with several (at times unreasonable) demands, the team accommodated each request graciously and without hesitation. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Amritsar, especially if you're planning to visit the Golden Temple or Jallianwala Bagh--it's walking distance and makes for a peaceful and well-managed stay. Kudos to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

This is a great hotel, with an even better location and the staff are very welcoming. We initially stayed here for 4 nights and had 2 family suites booked for the 7 of us. The room was big but there is only one shower (though two toilets) but it was comfortable enough. The location is what really sells this hotel, its a 7 min walk to Harmandir Sahib and is central to all other attractions. Hotel is clean and the restaurant food was very tasty and fresh. The staff are very helpful and a special shout-out to Shravan who helped us book last minutes rooms back at the hotel, Kapil and Deepak - all very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here and we will definitely return when we visit Amritsar again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fortune Inn Heritage Walk Hotel. Our relatives kindly sent our bags ahead of time, and the staff ensured they were kept safe until we arrived. We made our reservation through Agoda, and upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with friendly smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. The check-in process was smooth, and Deepak kindly delivered our bags to our rooms. The rooms were impeccably clean, tidy, and neat--truly a pleasure to stay in, and we sincerely hope this level of cleanliness is maintained. The location was perfect--within walking distance to shopping areas, eateries, and even the Golden Temple. We had reserved two rooms for our stay, which included 4 adults and 1 toddler. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had an unpleasant odor. We informed the reception, and they were incredibly understanding and assured us they would take care of the issue. True to their word, they promptly resolved the problem, and we truly appreciated their quick response and kindness. The buffet breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a wonderful range of options from Western to South Indian to North Indian dishes, all delicious. We were also fortunate to meet Lipok, a wonderful staff member who was there to assist us whenever needed. This hotel offers an on-site car park, ensuring that your vehicles are kept safe and secure during your stay. As we had a toddler and an elderly family member with us, we requested an extra hour for check-out, and the hotel graciously accommodated us without any issues. After check-out, Deepak safely stored our bags, and Manraj, the receptionist, kindly kept our laptop bag under her supervision while we waited, especially since it was raining outside. It was also raining quite heavily, but Deepak kindly provided us with umbrellas to keep us dry. It was such a thoughtful gesture! Two hours later, when we returned to the hotel, Deepak brought our bags to the lobby. We were grateful to be allowed to use the lobby area to re-pack our luggages before heading to the airport. The security staff, including Sardar, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience even more pleasant. Overall, the staff and service were outstanding, and we are deeply appreciative of the care and attention we received throughout our stay. We truly hope and look forward to staying at your wonderful hotel again in the near future when we visit Amritsar.

Extremely Disappointed - Misleading 4-Star Rating I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to save others from being misled. This hotel is falsely advertised as a 4-star property. According to basic hospitality standards, a 4-star hotel must offer essential amenities like a swimming pool, which this property lacks entirely. How it managed to earn a 4-star rating is beyond me--it certainly doesn't deserve it. To make matters worse, there's no valet parking or even proper parking facilities. That's not just inconvenient--it's unacceptable for a so-called upscale hotel. The property leans heavily on its ITC affiliation, but don't be fooled by the name. The actual experience is far from premium. The management clearly relies on branding over substance, and it shows. This place doesn't come close to delivering the comfort, service, or amenities you'd expect from a genuine 4-star stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality or value for money. There are far better options out there--skip this one.

I spent my couple of days in Fortune Inn Heritage Amritsar. The hotel staff at the Front Dest is very helpful they are very well in their job profile, very helpful. Breakfast buffet is up to the mark as per ITC standards and I like the punjabi thali very much. The most important thing is the Hotel is very close to the Jallianwala Bagh and the Golden Temple. I'm really thankful to all the hotel staff members for making my Stay very comfortable.

Hotel is right in central old Amritsar walking distance from Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. I would have given 5 stars except for the drawbacks. We booked 5 delux rooms. Some rooms were very spacious, while some were as small as a box with no space to turn around even. This discrepancy should not be there in an ITC hotel. Secondly the service was very poor, the food at the restaurant and room service was very slow and the housekeeping was non existent. We called 4-5 times for towels in the room, as they had removed our used towels and were not provided the same till late night. Nothing should require 5 calls to get done which indicates their callousness. Otherwise I would still recommend this place if they improve on these points.

Recently, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Fortune Inn Heritage, and our experience was outstanding. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the service was exemplary. Every team member was incredibly helpful and courteous. The hospitality we received was particularly remarkable.
