Clarks Inn Express Amritsar

Very clean and hygienic hotel with kind and helpful nature of staff. Affordable price with excellent room service. Fully AC in summer and also provide hot water in winters. It was very the best experience of our life to stay in this hotel. We never forget these moments.

Lot of improvement needed to be a good hotel. Customer service is pathetic, not worth the price paid. Lack of hot water due to a repair in water heater and unable to arrange alternative shows how pathetic their services are. At temperatures close to 8 degree it's impossible to manage. Had to ask 100 times to provide drinking water, bath towels and house keeping services. They are definitely friendly, but lazy I would say.

Very clean Room, Very near to Gurudwara. Best location. Staff behaviour is very good specially front desk executive Prasanna. Warm welcome.

I regret not checking the reviews before booking the hotel as it belongs to the clarks. But now we are facing same issues as mentioned in the review. They have not resolved any of the issues so I can say they are not even trying, just fooling customers. Pls don't book they will spoil your vacation and and waste your time. Definitely calling the customer care at central clarks.

This hotel has been my best experience so far.The staff is very nice. They are talking to us in a very nice manner. Till now I have only got the feeling of being in a five star hotel. I like the room here Staff, location And I have had the best food in Amritsar so far here. If anyone is booking this hotel then please do eat the food here also.
