Bloom Hotel - Heritage Walk

2 night stay, as soon as you walk in the staff are very helpful especially as you have a suitcase that has not arrived. They made the phone calls and sorted it all out over the next 24 hours.|Room within 500m of the Golden Temple, quite on the 4th floor, excellent beds, shower , A/C .. cannot fault the room ... yes a little small in size , but so what. Breakfast simple but very good. Would recommend it.

This is my second stay here at Bloom, came last year and chose to stay here again. Tbh this is such a convenient place to Golden Temple (walking distance) and safe for tourists to walk around anytime of the day. The rooms are slightly on the smaller side but they're definitely clean, beds are comfortable, the shower has good pressure and heated (Only drawback was the toilet had intermittent foul smell and sometimes was just too much, then goes away after 1-2hours). Their reception staff are helpful and always readily available. They have good chat systems available to communicate with their staff via website. Hotel breakfast is simple and good enough, you can order as you wish according to the menu. The staffs (reception & breakfast) and security guards are friendly and welcoming. Prices of the rooms are reasonable. Overall a good experience and a convenient place if you're planning on maximising you stay around the Golden Temple. Will definitely come back in the future.

This hotel is conveniently located near two major attractions in Amritsar: Jallianwala Bagh and the Golden Temple. After reading the reviews, I decided to book a couple of days for my family of three (two adults and one child). However, the rooms were very small, with barely any space to move around. I never had any issues with any AC but particularly the Hotel AC was uncomfortable, and I woke up with a headache both mornings. . Regardless of the temperature setting, the room seems to remained very cold. Additionally, turning off the AC wasn't an option due to the lack of ventilation or a fan. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen, and it flooded after each bath and have to wait for water to drain.

Great experience overall. Best location to stay in Amritsar. The staff is professional and friendly particularly Mr.Rajat. The rooms are clean. Safe for female solo travellers. The cafe and food is good. Must stay here if you are planning trip to Amristar.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Golden Temple. Apart from the location everything about my stay was exceptional. The rooms are clean, and aesthetically pleasing. All the staff members are very kind, humble, and always willing to help. From the moment I checked in until the check out, I had a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved it! From the location, to the service and hygiene, it was well worth it. Rooms might look a bit small but it's the heritage area and very few options around. Besides, they make up for it with the interiors. They had limited items in breakfast but loved the fresh parathas and other foods. This property is just a few hundred steps from the golden temple and Jallianwala bagh. The cabs will come till the doorstep easily, however for your own vehicle you can use Mandir oarking, or check with the staff. Special praise for the staff which was very supportive and courteous.
