I had a terrible experience at this hotel in Abhor. The staff were extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely unaware of both hotel policies and basic hospitality standards. They showed no respect for government rules or customer service. Shockingly, when I mentioned leaving a review, they told me they don't care about reviews -- which says a lot about how they treat their guests. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had in the city. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

The front staff are doing scams with customers. We were told breakfast is complementary during checkin. However during checkout they started forcing us to pay for breakfast and started lying about the same. Even more, the person never put the amount on the bill. Bill only had the base rate of the room and nothing else. He wanted to pocket the inflated charges. When we paid with card, the amount was deducted and he switched off the machine and then said that the payment failed and asked to pay again. This hotel should be shutdown for scam and harrasment of customers

Bad experience. Poor service. Over priced, no waiter was near.

Visited with family of 12 people for dinner last night. We had starters and dinner as well. Quiet and peaceful. Not worth the value. Service is poor Fan was not working despite the hot weather, couldn't make arrangements to compensate. Food is over priced and service was poor. Staff was polite but not of any use to make service better.

Banquet hall is bit crowded. Only meant for very small functions. Rooms were clean. Overall ok experience.

Excellent place! Amazing food,best hospitality, fabulous rooms.
