Very near to temple and walkable distance to Nalantheertham. Good staff and owner. Bus and auto stop also closeby. I have stayed here with family and friends several times. Parking available. AC rooms in First floor and Non AC rooms in second floor. GOOD PLACE.

The room is clean but service is poor and switches & plugs are not working and In non-AC rooms can't tolerate heat and have mosquito problem. I have stayed there for 2 days and I booked here because I want T.V but, They haven't subscribed for pack only free channels are available

We got very negative experience while staying in this hotel. We went for pilgrimage to temple of Shani Dev at these 13 of december 2020 dates and were promised with comfort of hot water and assistance if needed at Vigneshwara Residency. We emphasized importance of having hot water in the room as we knew that we might not find it in some hotels at the site. The personnel ensured us that we will have it. After a blessed day at the temple, we hoped for shower and then good rest as well, but didn't find even 1 single drop of hot water in the bathroom. Personnel of the hotel couldn't fix anything and manager was not in, of course. While checking out, we were asked to pay full amount for our stay, even though personnel knew that they didn't provide comfort as it was promised and we complained about it. All that time the manager was missing. Also manager didn't respond properly when we tried to communicate with him about what happened and request to reimburse some amount of money of the price paid for stay as a donation to Shani Dev temple for our inconvenience. We don't recommend this place for pilgrims to stay in. They promise with what they are not able to provide, they don't care to fix the problem and they have very poor communication with customers.
