Worst experience, I went to book for a guest's family. Because they were travelling and will reach late, I went and booked in the afternoon. They said it's available so I provided their documents and asked to pay the booking amount, they said "it's okay we can do it after they come." So I told them they will reach late. They reached at 10:00 pm and they said all the rooms were full! We had to look for a new Hotel that late!

I recently booked a 4-sharing room at this hotel with 3 friends for Rs 5700 per day. While we didn't expect complimentary meals, we were shocked to discover that the hotel does not provide adequate drinking water. Each guest was given just a half-litre bottle of water per day, which is completely insufficient, especially during the hot and humid summer. Given the rate we paid, we expected at least the basic provision of drinking water, as per government norms. However, we were charged Rs 15 for each additional half-litre bottle. What made the situation worse was that we were not allowed to leave the hotel until we paid for the extra water. This experience was extremely disappointing and shows a lack of concern for guest comfort and basic hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Very bad experience and staff behaviour was very rude. I checked in the hotel but due rude behaviour I came out of this hotel . They are saying that if interested you can stay if not ask all of them get out from the hotel . Guys pls kindly advise do not book this hotel Not affordable for money. Ambiance also not so great. We can find the better hotel near with affordable price and stay.

Very budget hotel. My room light was not working. Same unable to attend by staff. No hot water. AC remotes not working. I booked two rooms. Both same condition. Good for bachler persons. Plenty of parking space for cars. Rooms are big. But bathroom fittings required attention. Location of residency is Very close to beach. But path to beach is not good. In fact it's unsafe. Lots of broken beer bottles while going to beach. Swimming pool is good. Food quality is good. Please keep your own water bottles. I asked 4 bottles, they only able to supply 3. It was located remotely at one corner. Fan is dirty. No TV. Service land line phone not available in all rooms.

Very worst hotel. Room is not cleaned and service is very worst . Even they did not repair tv at all. Better stay away from food. They given complimentary break fast without hygiene. The swimming pool was not neatly maintained.Room cost also high ( around 5000) . You can get star hotel in Pondy for this range. Totally this is suitable only for drinkers not for family. Also you need to pay the full amount at the time you check in. So you will not have an option to go to another resort also Overall very bad experience. Would not suggest it anyone.

Worst place, will never recommend anyone. Service is worst, they can't even keep a soap in the room. Never got the room I booked. Was given something else. Pool is full of chlorine made our eyes burn the whole day. Kindly check other places, you are dodgeing a bullet by not coming here.

Good service Friendly staff Easy accessible location Tasty food Clean swimming pool Nice time at the seashore. I enjoyed it a lot with my friends and good hospitality and had fun in the swimming pool. Budget friendly, best thing they refused tips, really I can look at their customer service. Thanks for making our vacation happily
