Operating in Temple city. A dedicated separated pure south indian vegetarian restaurant not connected to the hotel structure is the need of the hour. Responding to the Hotel teams reply. I was not inconvenienced , the hotel offered great proposition on value and services. My observation was on, what could have been better to reach excellence. This based on sensitivity and sentiments of the huge mass of devotees visiting your area, usually may prefer certain type of sumptuous food during their temple visit. I may be wrong in my observation and prejudices, if so I may be excused.

I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for 2 nights and one day. For the amount of charges they collect from us, their service is very very average. While i was checking in, I was not oriented about the facilities at the hotel and how i can avail them. The staffs were not very hospitable to share things for the benefit of the clients. Then they ended up giving me a room which was stinking for a day, i couldn't understand where the stink was from for a day! It was from the bed itself which has water seeped and and not dried at all. The floors were sticky and the people in the hotel did not care to check in before they had a client sent to the room, realllyyy sad to see this considering it to be 3 star hotel! Their complementary break fast was good, i enjoyed them with a good variety of dishes. On the other hand their A La carte menu is truly expensive for the location and the dishes, i have no idea why! I did have lunch and i felt it can really be toned down ! Overall, i had a stay with no use of their services like gym or swimming pool etc etc. The hotel should improve on this! They did not even compensate for the terrible smelly room experience as well, despite asking them. Good infra, but needs a lot of staff training for the amount and tax charged!

AVS Imperiaa is a comfortable and well-maintained property that offers a relaxing stay with most amenities you'd expect from a good mid-range hotel. The beds are comfortable, linens are fresh, and the bathrooms are clean and hygienic. While the air conditioning was working fine, it could be more powerful during hot afternoons. The housekeeping staff is responsive and keeps the rooms in excellent condition throughout your stay. One of the highlights of this place is its convenient location. AVS Imperiaa is situated in an area that provides easy access to several nearby activities. There are shopping centers, a local park, cafes, and essential shops all within walking distance. It's ideal for both business travelers and families who like to explore their surroundings without needing to drive long distances. Safety was never a concern during our stay. The premises are well-lit, security personnel are available, and CCTV coverage adds to the overall sense of safety. Walking around even during the evening hours felt completely secure, which is a big plus, especially for solo travelers or families. The walkability of the area is another bonus. Most of what you need is within a 10-minute walking radius. Well-maintained footpaths and minimal traffic chaos make it easy to stroll around for errands or just a casual evening walk. When it comes to food and drinks, the in-house dining is decent. The menu is fairly limited, but the quality of food is good and the prices are reasonable. For more variety, there are several restaurants and cafes nearby that serve everything from South Indian to North Indian and even some fast food options. Room service is available, though it can be a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours. Some noteworthy details include the courteous and professional front desk staff, smooth check-in/check-out process, and cleanliness in all common areas. Parking, however, is slightly limited and might be an issue during weekends or peak season. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough for basic work and browsing needs. Overall, AVS Imperiaa delivers a solid experience with a few minor areas for improvement. It's a great option for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and value. A strong 4-star stay.

Three star hotel deserves 3-Stars only. Lack of service from room to dining hall. Bathroom floor towel was dirty n faded by acid. Saucers n plates in dining were having stain marks. Manager was least interested to look after about orders, crockery n items availability in breakfast buffets. Serving manners were absent. I got tasteless Dosa almost thrown in my plate. Water was served on demand only. Room cleaning n toiletry replenishment was OK.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Their rooms are spacious and clean comparing its age. Very close to lord Saneeshwara temple and located in less traffic and quiet place. Prime shopping area is around 1.5 kms and is easy to reach as well. Staffs were polite and the food was good. Mr. Vijayan even helped us with booking hotel rooms in other cities like Trichy and Rameshwaram when requested. Swimming pool space could be better maintained but the pool was clean. Overall a pleasant stay, will surely visit again.

I was skeptical about quality lodging and food facility in Thirunallar as we planned to visit Sri Saneshwara Bhagwan temple. But, AVS imperia proved us wrong. This is one of the best stay we had so far. Rooms were quite spacious with all the amenities you expect in a 3 or 4 star hotel. Beds were very comfortable and we slept like babies. Highlight was the food. Every items were delicious and served very hot (temperature wise). We loved it. In fact, we complimented Chef and the entire staff for making this stay so comfortable.

EV charging facility is Good. (Restaurant - Lack of attention.) Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Might be I checked in by 10.30 pm. But morning complementary breakfast was good. Hospiltality is great. So changed it to 5 Stars.
