Nice ambience and spacious rooms. Very close to beach and good food also. Service wise no problem. If you are looking for a stay away from city then this is the place.

The staff and manager (Balaji) is good for nothing as they are not properly maintaining the Tax invoices of stay. The breakfast is similar to what you can have it on any road side hawker. The owner is so adamant that he doesn't know what is customer value and their feedback in the market. Location and everything is good near by and can be managed but attitude and service cannot be compromised at any cost. Please do not book this resort at all.

Chan Beach Resort in Pondicherry is an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful beach retreat. Located perfectly to catch breathtaking sunrise views (just remember to face right, not left!), the resort offers a serene ambiance that truly enhances the experience.||Initially, I was a bit skeptical about safety, but I felt completely secure during my stay. The resort team is incredibly cooperative and supportive, which made me feel right at home. While they currently bring breakfast from outside, the quality was good. The only downside is the ongoing construction and the absence of an in-house kitchen. However, they may start their kitchen services soon, which would be a great addition.||All in all, a beautiful spot with a warm and welcoming vibe. Highly recommended for beach lovers!

The rooms were good. The service provided was also good but little late. We were asked to pay extra money upon the price said for renting bikes. The condition of the vehicle was terrible, we were about to meet with an accident.

Very unprofessional team, they didn't clean the room until 2 hours post check in time and made us wait for 1 hour due to that. The bathroom geyser doesn't work at all and all the taps are just very slow. The hotel management is very careless and didn't pay attention to our requests unless we called them at least 3 times. The beach was also very dirty lot of litter everywhere. Overall this place is just very bad and a waste of money.
