Hotel is well maintained, rooms are comfortable & clean. Lunch buffet is on the ground floor, food is tasty. It's popular among visitors attending US Visa interviews & biometric. They provide pick & drop facility to the counsulate.

I went with my family for a pilgrimage to Velankanni, Tamil Nadu. I made an online booking at Hotel City Tower at Nagore, where they showed a beautiful rooms. We contacted in the given phone number and booked an AC room for four.I told them that we will check in by 11.30 am and leave the next day by 3.00 pm . They agreed and said that the charge is Rs 2000 . Since the train was late , we reached by 1.00pm. The room was renovated , but was full of cockroaches , mosquitoes and ants, No toiletries were given. Not even a blanket or a towel was provided.AC had no cooling . All the bed sheets had footprints on them. Room service was extremely poor.Food was bad. Above all, at the time of check out, they provided us a Bill of Rs 4500/- and said that even though , it is five mts more, they would charge for two days. A VERYBAD EXPERIENCE AND AN EXAMPLE OF HOW ONE CAN BE CHEATED IN ONLINE RESERVATION. ---John Daniel

More of a lodge . Rooms are not that spacious .cheap .toilets ok type .breakfast ok . Not a place to stay with family n kids
