Hotel Elysee

I had a bad experience at this hotel and is one of the worst stays ever. Rooms are not clean for ages, blood on blanket, untidy toilet and stinky room makes it a nightmare. We stayed for about 3hrs for which itself we can't bare it. All rooms were available but they gave first floor. No ventilation is available in this hotel. They keep all the lights off, I wonder what kind of business they are running here. Poor customer service.

Very worst service. I booked on make my trip app. Worst room cleaning. Not washing bed clothes and pillows cover. Not given bedsheets. Bathroom it's an uncleanble. AC is not cooling. Worst behavior for Manager. I give extra charge to 200 rupees but not valid not worthless room.

The rooms were clean and the size is decent enough for a small family. AC and TV worked properly. Blankets and pillows were clean and not bad. The service was very good, the person incharge was very quick all the time when we asked for some help or during raising some issues. Lift facility is not available and a little old property located very close to busstand.

Rooms are clean and good. But there is very little ventilation for Non-AC ones. Receptionist doesn't know any other language, hence its difficult to communicate for tourists. Hotels in this area are too expensive for what they offer. Hope they realize that Karaikal is not that big of a tourist destination and they need to be economical to attract tourists.

Stayed during my visit to Thirunallar. Hotel is little far from Main bus stand and Railway station. Hotel doesn't have an in-house restaurant, but near by restaurants available. Recommended for short stay. Cleanliness could be improved. Not much ventilation. People may find it difficult during summer time. No basic amenities like towel, soap provided.||||For Budget travellers i don't think much choice available near by.

Rooms are very very average. They are changing prices like premium room. But room are like very basic. Rooms are very worst. Heater not working. Bathroom pipes getting current shock. Not worth for money.

2 wheeler parking available not 4 wheeler.....Good service the receptionist handles everything with patience that's awesome. The rooms in ground floor don't have windows as they're A/C rooms no way for natural light.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. The management is very bad and if you are going to enjoy at Karaikal with your friends don't choose this hotel. Strictly no drinks here. The AC was not working and we complained they didn't even bother about that. We had vacated around 1 pm and started looking for other hotels at late night as it was hell without ac.
