The best place ever in town. New property. Close to the National Highway and easy access to Thirunallar Temple. Great hospitality. Friendly staff. Rooms were fresh and clean. Great breakfast. Ample car parking space. The best and largest AC Bar in Karaikal. Party hall for small and Big events. Highly recommended for family and children stay. A gem in town.

Honestly, this place is a gem. The building's gorgeous--really sleek and well done. It's also a nice spot to stay, just a stone's throw from Thirunallar, which was super convenient. But the sunset? Absolutely stunning watching the sky change colours. Proper lovely.

Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your property and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the room's appearance was acceptable, I encountered several issues that greatly impacted my comfort: 1. The blanket provided seemed like it hadn't been washed, as it was extremely dusty and triggered concerns about cleanliness. 2. The rates charged were much higher compared to the basic features and the locality of the property. Considering the price, I expected more. 3. There was no proper connectivity from the railway station, which added unnecessary hassle to the stay. 4. The most significant issue was the restroom. The drainage system was extremely poor, and I have never faced such a problem even in lower-budget accommodations. Overall, these problems made my stay unsatisfactory. I hope that you can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you in advance for your attention to address these issues.

We three Advocates, Madras High Court Checked in on 15.02.2025 early morning around 5.10 AM . We were received by Two Sleepy gents at reception whose response was not encouraging. We had booked a Double room with an extra bed. We had indeed paid Rs.5,800/- for three persons . But, the room allotted by those sleepy staff at reception was just sufficient for only TWO persons . Though room and attached rest room was well maintained. It was crampy for three. When we wanted to visit near by temples, we realized that the Travel desk of the Hotel is equally sleepy. At last we hired Taxi on our own and visited Saturn Temple, Thirukadaiyur temple and Tharangabadi Fort. Food at Restaurant was good. Still , young bearers (kids) over there have to be taught to be more courteous to the guest. The over all experience was better. But, considering the size of the property and facilities available there, the a little bit more efforts by the management in tuning the staff encourage regular travelers like us to visit this hotel again

Excellent service and good food. Resturant staffs are very polite and friendly. Mr.Rajesh, the restaurant manager with smiling face explained the dishes and helped to chose the best for us. Love it and will visit again. Thanks for the hospitality.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Karaikal. We booked a family room over the phone, and it was super easy to reach. The hotel is right on the road, so it's convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bed and clean bathrooms. The only thing that could've been better was that there were a few open packets of chips in the room that should've been cleaned. But overall, the room service was great and the hotel was luxurious.

Room is spacious, seems new and clean with good aircon, hospitality etc...bit pricy & bit away from prime location, no nearby shops. Drainage system in toilet sucks, stink smell coming. No space for dress change for room with 6 beds, Bed is not comfortable..it's very hard, though they give explanation of custom made but it's not comfortable for us. TV not working even after they tried to reconnect more than 30 minutes, they said some work is going on....I didn't try food....

Nice hotel to stay for people visiting thirunallar temple. Uma is Awesome and she is good at explaining about temple and provide contacts in temple who can help us to have fast, seamless shani pooja. Also Good restaurant, nice service by rajesh inside the restaurant.
