From the moment I arrived, the service was **top-notch**, especially from **Tristan at the front desk**. I had some **credit card errors**, but Christian handled everything with patience and professionalism, making sure I had a smooth check-in. I also had **specific comfort requests**, and he went out of his way to accommodate them, ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. For **scuba divers**, this resort is a dream! The dive facilities are **well-organized and easily accessible**, with rinse stations and seamless excursions. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced diver, everything is set up to make your dives **hassle-free and unforgettable**. The resort itself is stunning--**beautiful beaches, clean and cozy rooms, and breathtaking ocean views**. The entire staff was welcoming and truly cared about making my experience perfect. This charming resort offers a comfortable and budget-friendly stay with cozy rooms, a refreshing swimming pool, and convenient beach access. The courteous staff provided excellent hospitality, making our experience even more enjoyable. Eden Beach Resort in Pondicherry offers a great stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. Located near the Radisson Hotel and just a short walk from the beach, it's a convenient spot for those looking to enjoy the coastal vibes. The resort has a pool, and the rooms are neat, clean, and well-equipped. The rooms feature a stylish brick finish, adding a unique touch to the decor. Housekeeping staff ensures your room is refreshed daily, enhancing the comfort of the stay. The staff here are exceptionally polite and helpful, making the experience hassle-free. We faced no difficulties during our stay, and the breakfast was served well and tasted great. The coffee was particularly good, a nice touch to start the day. The resort has limited rooms, which makes it more peaceful and intimate. The space is used thoughtfully, with everything you need accessible and well-arranged. The pricing is reasonable, especially considering the quality of the stay. While having a vehicle for easy transportation is ideal, it's a small trade-off for the value offered. Overall, Eden Beach Resort is a great place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and we had a wonderful time. With its clean rooms, good food, and helpful staff, it's definitely worth the visit!

The resort is located only 200m away from eden beach known as a sunrise point, mangrove boating and kayaking is also 2km away. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Our stay was excellent.

I stayed her for one night and the place is pleasant and beautiful. Eden beach is walkable from this place. The rooms are designed well. Gives a luxury feel. The swimming pool was neat too. Complementary breakfast was very good. Service provided is good too

We stayed for 1 night while visiting the Eden beach. The rooms are good. Only drawback is floor tiles were like stone tiles, which does attract dust. The toilets were clean and staff is very polite

The one who manage the property force you to pay half of the booking amount and even if you pay it they will not block the right room which you have chosen. This place if not close to city center and reaching there you will feel bad not a great locality. Don't get fooled by the word 'Resort'. It's not even a bathroom size of any resort. When they cancel booking from their side due to any reason they will offer replacement property not the refund. Basically you pay them and do what they ask you to do. Swimming pool is bath tub size don't expect clean and big swimming pool.

Worst experience, don't book if you have any other chance. These guys can cancel your booking at last min without a reason and you will end up looking for some other resort or hotel at last min. Pathetic.
