Taptapani Spring Resort

Horrible. Place is very beautiful no doubt but there is so mismanagement just I can't explain. Previously it was under OTDC but now it is under Pvt. Property. We have booked two Deluxe Family rooms through online. We have to stay there for the whole day without water in the washroom. Please check the room before booking. We have lost our hard money.

Pathetic service. No wifi available though claimed on its page. No working intercom service. Hardly anyone was there to attend to our needs. Shabbily maintained property. Govt should close it down or change the entire fleet of workers. Better to avoid this resort. Very charges for the amenities it provides.

A must visit resort with lot of stay of prions, amazing food and hospitality in the lap of the nature. Experience nature closely.

PRICED LIKE LION VALUE LIKE GOAT Location was good near to tatapani temple. Resort is not worth the price of 6k you get no extra facility. Restaurant is very slow you have to wait a lot. Food is ok not up to mark Rooms are old and the bedsheet are very old and although room service were prompt to change the bed sheet still it was very old and not cleaned properly. Breakfast buffet was limited to upma poori and bread for vegetarian There was no wow factor for the price.

Extremely bad experience, please don't waste your money here. No service, room extension not working, unclean room with dead insects, stained bedsheet and blanket, dirty washroom, food served cold and after 1 hr of requested time inspite of an old lady with me who needed to take medicine and the list just goes on. Such a beautiful experience with my family. Good food, Nice location and Staffs are so supportive, very happy.
