OYO 45303 Jay Vijay Residency

Worst experience in this hotel . Staff behavior specially Front office guy not good. I have ordered 1/2 corn soup they gave 1empty bowl and 1full bowl . Ordered biriyani they gave simply in a plate worst experience for room order.

It was a great experience at Jay Vijay Regency, Sundargarh, I have just checked out from the hotel. Rooms and interiors were great. Staffs are very professional, Calm and managers are humble and co-operative. Usually I don't write reviews but this hotel touched my heart therefore I am writing, Being a traveler I would say the Jay Vijay Regency is a best hotel to stay at Sundargarh. I never seen this type of service and experience in Odisha. service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Highly recommend...!!

Overall experience is great, but supply of water is regarded.

We had booked this room online for osstet exam . This Hotel & The Rooms looks good both from outside & inside. Our room number was 102. When we entered the room we saw some insects were crawling on the floor but after sometime they dissappeared means entered inside the bed or any cornered dark place of the room. They did not provide any water bottle to us. Hair strands had fallen on the floor. Bedsheet was not so clean. There is a balcony type attached with room where there is a table and 2 chairs to eat. So first they told us that we will provide food in the room than told us to go to their own restaurant. We had gone to the restaurant and ordered food and asked them to give us in our room. They brought the food and put the food on that Table (with no serving plates) which was in the balcony. We were not aware that the Window glass of that balcony was broken and from that hole a Rat came and crawled towards our food and jumped into it... It was very worst experience. We called many times through room's telephone but they did not received. After sometime we had again gone to that restaurant which was about to close. After listening to the incident they provide us some Rice which were kept in the freeze and 2 bowls of chicken curry. Than again we called them to give us Serving plates and a water bottle. After that they gave us some plates and poured some water in the jug which was emptied and was in the room before we entered. It was so unhygienic. Overall Our Experience waa quite bad here.

You can not get a single room here, all are double rooms but rooms are well designed clean also. A small balcony is there for you for your entertainment. They have a restaurant, where you can get your food. You can order food into the room. But the bad thing is that they will charge the delivery charge.

The hotel unilaterally denied availability of rooms. Though payment was made in full. They don't entertainment any request and behavior of owner was rowdy and threatening. I had find a new hotel at 10 pm in the night. Very poor service. I haven't recvd the refund yet if my payments made.

I am a regular customer of Jay Vijay Regency with quality food and good service.All staff are cordial in all manner.
