Hotel City Palace

It was great. Trust me it is worth it for every rupee. Thank you so much City palace!!!

Was searching for a decent place to stay in my tight budget. Goibibo helped me with good reviews to choose this hotel and it was a lovely stay. Room size was comfortable (not very small rooms) The bed was cozy, soft. Linens were clean The housekeeping girls took care to ensure quick service with care. Hardly needed AC. Food also was okayish. There are better places to have food however. Since it is attached to a mall, entertainment is just a walk away. I did not get room with Lawn view, but those rooms would be lovely. For the price, it's a bang for buck. Totally satisfied.

Overall, my stay at Hotel City Palace was enjoyable, and I would consider staying again in the future.

The staff behaviour was very bad they don't know how to talk with a customer the reception boy was always want to take extra money form customer by blaming those customers " the reception boy says you are spotting our hotel bedsheets but the spotting are old and dirty the house keeping staff also say she replace the dirty bedsheets" and they use dirty and spot bedsheets for take extra money form customer, I am also attaching this bedsheets photo.

It was a very unhealthy and unhygienic environment. The very entrance and the reception gave me a scare. Sharing pictures. The open reception area on the 2nd floor where the room were, there was a steading area but the sofa was very dirty. Though the check in was after 11.00am and I reached the hotel at 6.16pm after all my meeting with the DSWO and CDPOs, my room was not ready. They made me wait for half an hour before I could go into the room. When I went into the room the bedsheets were all stained and dirty and I made them change the sheets again. The side table were still dusty. The bathroom was smelling and leaking from above. There was no proper food available as they say there was some issue with the kitchen. Anything I tried to order they said they didn't have, and had to go with what they had even for breakfast. Therefore the first night I ordered from out through ZOmato. The second night I didn't have time and only ended up having a coffee. I have never had such an experience in any of my work or personal travels before.

My experience with this hotel is that its location is good.And this hotel is very need and clean,The service here is also good and it is a good place to click photos. nice to see the bathroom here.There is also a restaurant along with the hotel.The taste of the food here is also very good and tasty .I think you must visit here once.Thank you
