We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking my room a month in advance, when I arrived to check in, our room was not ready. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful about the situation. Instead of offering a proper solution, they suggested I freshen up in one room while being assigned to another for my stay, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The bed sheets were not changed before my arrival, and the pillow was dirty with no pillow cover provided. This lack of attention to basic hygiene and comfort made my stay very unpleasant. Overall, the rude behavior of the staff and the poor condition of the room left much to be desired. I hope management takes these issues seriously and works on improving the guest experience in the future.

Room service is pretty bad..If you order a tea, minimum time taken to deliver 45 mts, Food to be ordered from outside and you have to pay delivery charges...It's too costly for Rooms compared to the service abd no parking is there..

This is the worst hotel and the manager's behaviour is very bad.. When I went to the room, Cigarette pieces were lying everywhere in the room.. It was stinking and very unhygienic. The whole room was full of dirt and the bedsheet was also dirty. There was a condom in the bathroom.I would suggest. No one should go with their family and when the time came to checkout the room, they increased the price.

Worst food ever I had. I ordered Chicken tangdi kebeb it was totally uncooked inside. Only there Lava ice-cream cake was good. For that 4star

Good place to stay book this hotel at affordable price go for 4th floor option here rooms r bit small but u will enjoy good view .. rooftop access is also available enjoy drinks at rooftop

It's exactly located at the main road. Part of the property in ground floor is also shared with HDFC bank. Hence the reception looks very small. The room was good.. except noise outside due to the NH26, the rest is fine. Pros: 1. On the NH 2. Gentle staff 3. Good quality rooms 4. CC tvs Cons: 1. Parking is in open, making the parked vehicles very dirty 2. No resturant
