OYO Flagship Hotel Olive

They accepted the prepaid booking via Oyo, but denied to give the rooms and demanded extra room charges. Oyo service is also very poor, they cancelled my booking and initiated refund without my confirmation. At last I had to pay them extra without having any option on the spot. Rooms don't have basic amenities like AC and Wifi. Staff were not at all polite. They did not provide any services after having paid extra room charges also. No words for the bathrooms. They did not even provide clean bedsheet and pillow instead provided used ones. They don't even deserve one Star rating

Hotel is clean but do not book it on OYO, u willl not be provided with a room. They are asking to cancel it on OYO to book offline. Very good in health and hygiene. Just Infront of HDFC Bank. Hotel need a fresh rejuvenation.

Staff behaviour was rude .. They denied to provide the rooms for oyo boking .. Rooms are so worst They demanding extra charges for oyo booking No TV cupboard wifi Used bedsheets and pillow cover provided Bathrooms are disgusted

A cozy Hotel at 2nd floor of the Building. The rooms are small but manageable for a short stay. The breakfast is very basic to some fried snacks ( street food ). They have a dormitory available. No lift is available and the tap water sometimes comes smelling like drain water.

Hotel is good for Couple, used it twice. The rooms are good and properly maintained (though small in size) and staff is friendly But the charges are high ......they will ask u for more money in name of booking 2 rooms in individuals name...over and above what u paid on OYO. They will charge nearly 2k for offline booking. There is no food facility but u can order it on Zomato or can ask the staff to order it for u. The place is nearby the market Area so outside will be crowed during day time but it will not matter for check-in during day time but if u r planning to check-in during late evening or night......u may feel somewhat uncomfortable while walking towards hotel. But once u r in ...there will be no problem. U Can look for other hotel 1) Hotel G9- nearby this hotel (but rooms aren't so good) 2) Hotel Sai Krupa ( near Dhanupali Police Station)

Price more than compared to room condition

Very bad hotel and fooling Oyo Hotel Olive Sambalpur. Do not book online even by mistake otherwise you will be cheated.

Worst Hotel i ever visited till now. Room are dirty and messy or the toilet is in bad shape.i suggest book some other hotel in your area And the staff is also not helpful.
