OYO Flagship Hotel G9

I advise Oyo to delist this property from their website as it's fetching oyo's reputation down. In online bookings, they are charging as per the rate but when u will check in they will ask for a specific amount which is not justifiable (Rs 1300) for rooms which deserve a price of 200/300 only. They force customers to cancel the online booking and do offline booking by paying them a random amount which they say, if such then 3rd party apps in which the hotel is listed should be immediately delisted with instantaneous effect. Hotel Olive which is near to G9, only 50 metres away of G9 is an good alternative, very good service and they charge less than this with very good amenities. Much preferred! Very bad service

All 5 ratings are fake. They provide the worst room especially to OYO booked persons as OYO cuts their commission. So owner get less. Even if they have other empty rooms, they will say it's booked and won't change your room and demand extra 500rs to change. They will fill dirty tap water in used bisleri bottles and give that to you. If you complain, OYO will say, they will give some 10-20 percent refund. But even after 5 months of initiating refund, i have not received any amount. Muslim owner. Very unhygienic.

Worst hotel to stay. No maintenance, no cleanness non supportive staffs. Bedsheet & blankets are full of holes, toilet is unclean, no locks on the door, TV channels not working , electric point broken, AC without remote. Surrounding of the hotel is very crowded and a very narrow lane. No place for parking. Not at all suggested. Don't know how OYO has taken this hotel under its brand without periodic checkes.

No service no clen room

Bedroom was ok. As booking was done by oyo Toiletries and Towel were provided. No Tv, No Geyser, No wifi and no ac . Bathroom wasn't clean and so was not the washbasin. Dim lights. A low budget accommodation.

Its really very nice and all staff are supporting type... behavior and fooding facilities are good and no demands and no any other tips there.. Its really very good... And am also very happy to book here...

One of the worst hotel i ever meet . Room are not , as if shown. Poor maintenance , behaviour of staff are very rude . They allow couple but they give worst room to the couple . Never ever go to this hotel . Accounting to the price the hotel is extremely bad .

Extremely bad hotel . 5 star are fack , never ever go to this hotel. Receptionist behaviour are very offensive, for couple . They reserve worst room for couple .
