Hotel Upahar Palace

Absolutely untidy place. They charge you a bomb for a room and can't even place a water bottle in it. No dental kits,no bathing kits...nothing. The staff at the reception was also I'll mannered. The bed sheets had turned yellow and the table had remnants of food which wasn't cleaned. Absolute NO.

The service is average. The geyser doesn't work before 7.30 am, which is vital during winter. There is no electric kettle. The blankets provided in the room are very thin and inadequate to keep you warm.

This restaurant is a good option for breakfast. Located conveniently. But availability of dishes vis a vis menu need to improve.

Starters are upto the mark, Never try biriyani here , Very poor quality and tastes like plain rice with just some colours on it with some vegetables and paneer pieces ....the worst. Comparing the ambiance and taste price is high food is not upto the mark.

Good restaurant and bar in budget and specially good quality is maintained everything is very professional

For budget this is the best hotel in vss marg and Specially southern spice is mouth watering the best South Indian in Odisha I feel must try and yellow chilly food is also delicious

Absolutely horrible in terms of cleanliness and facilities. Some rooms have split ac some have window ac. Bathrooms are super dirty including the walls, ceiling, toilet. There's dust everywhere on the bed, sofa, table, ac. I almost couldn't breathe because of the dust. Only the reception halls and stairs are clean. The staff are kind indeed but what's the point when you get nothing for the price you pay. Pricing is not at all justified for 2000 and above. No geyser, bathroom toiletries, free coffee or tea packs available too. Most of the pictures posted by others are not legit don't get deceived. Choose something else.

Very bad experience, bed sheets and blankets cover was in dirty condition, life not in working condition, no one amenities available as like water bottle, shampoo, dental kit, Breakfast service also poor..
