Hotel Shivom Palace

Such a bad experience in this hotel which was : from the night I mean after 1hr. of taking the room water facility had stop. In morning when we informed continuously they arranged some other rooms washroom for bathing and toilet. It was so pathetic experience. Though counter or register maintained staff had not guilt about this customers problem. They were so casual.

In my opinion it's good place Room is good with comfortable bed and a super comfortable single sofa . We booked an ac room with a price of 1350 rupees. And it's pretty good deal. Room was clean, bathroom was clean also with geyser. We tried their food also and food also good in taste and price were affordable.
