It is in good place to communicate, Easy check in and check out process you can specially enjoy the food of this hotel but price of food is very high and not reasonable, room service is also good . But the fact is rooms are not up to the mark on this price comparing to other city hotels . Which is a basic need for a stay need to develop this .Blankets providing in rooms which are used in 90s. And I will request the hotel mangement to train the front office staff how to welcome guests with a wonderful smily gesture .. Any way overall experience is cool it could be better with a little changes which is not a big deal for hotels...

Hotel Sheela Towers located near Sakhipara, Sambalpur; just on the side of main road. We went for a dinner night with family. We ordered paneer tikka, plain dosa, paneer dosa, plain phulka and paneer curry. They served paneer masala dosa instead of paneer dosa and argued with us. But finally, given a complementary paneer dosa The hotel name was a famous one earlier days but it seems to be less popular nowadays. I like most about this hotel is that it's located location.

I checked-in at Hotel Sheela Towers on 31st January, 2025 for a night. In all these years of my travelling and staying at various hotels, this was the absolute worst hotel that I stayed at. I had to wait for nearly an hour before getting a room allotted to me. The girl at the front desk reception was unnecessarily rude and unapproachable. I had booked a "business club" room. However, since they did not have an empty room, they upgraded me to their "super executive suite" with no extra charges which impressed me highly. However, after entering the room, all the good impressions built over time, shattered in a few minutes. The room was messy and unclean. The carpet had trash on it, the flooring was crooked, the milk powder, sugar and tea and coffee sachets were not stacked, the cutlery (spoons and cups) were unclean and stained. The toilet was a nightmare. The flush did not function properly, and mostly, it stopped functioning at all. The wash basin clogged whenever I washed my hand. Moreover, the toiletries were missing too. When I complained about the same, a plumber came in and did some work. After he left, nothing had changed at all and I faced the similar problems. Right after this, I called the room service to order lunch and even after calling them for 15 minutes, no one picked up my call and I had to ultimately call the front desk who sent me someone from the room service department. I was told that the room service department was empty. The food finally arrived, but they were overpriced and not tasty. When I say overpriced, I don't mean a little over the top but extremely expensive despite the services which didn't make any sense. In the evening, I was shifted to another room which was a "business club" room. The room was in a better condition but the bathroom was stinky sometimes. Overall, my stay in Hotel Sheela Towers was very unpleasant and in the most crude manner, all I can say is that it is possibly the most TERRIBLE choice of hotel that anyone can make. The only good thing about staying in this hotel was that I had only a day's booking which was a major relief. My advice to fellow tourists, please avoid booking a room in this hotel. You will regret it.

The hotel offers excellent accommodations in a central city location with well-maintained rooms and commendable facilities at reasonable rates. While certain services, such as room cleaning, experienced minor delays, the overall experience was elevated by the exceptional complimentary breakfast and courteous staff.

Booked 3 rooms, on 1st week of Feb25 , but the rooms were very old and not maintained. The room ambience is very bad. After check in room service was called to clean the room again. So Don't go by the Google pics, the practical look is the worst. So before booking ask for an actual picture of the room.

Location of the hotel and the food quality are the good points about this place. Otherwise the service and behaviour of the staff was not at all good especially the lady one. Hope they look into this thing.

Due to business trip I have to visit lots of area and to stay in various hotels also. From my experience I can say that it was the worst experience I have. Their receptionist attitude is like a owner and you are nothing to them. Their behaviour and hospitality is third class. If I can give negative star rating I will be very happy. I hope their management need to take care of the staff behaviour and hospitality.

Rooms are small, services are decent ,and complimentary breakfast is like giving food to fulfill the line of complimentary not even enough for single guest......the need to improve that ....
