Hotel Niiki

Very poor service. They have pick up and drop from railway station. But yesterday they told that if I have availed the pick up service to come to the hotel from railway station, then drop is not available. Many more bad things like dirty cups, dirty towel, no hanger in wardrobe, long delay in hot water service through pipes. I do not recommend this hotel.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service during my stay. Despite calling four times, the TV in my room wasn't running, and I received no response & Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar.

Ambience of the restaurant is great....The restaurant is spacious and service is good and food is absolutely delicious....... Rooms are great, so is the room service... Located at centre of VSS marg, it is a much recommended place to eat and stay

I checked into this hotel on 25 oct and my checkout was 26 oct 2024 as I was heading towards Kolkata I took a stop at this hotel. The security guard told me to park the car at a designated place where I parked my car, After an hour the hotel manager told me that some random local drunken guy broke my driver seat window glass and on further heated argument they told me it was for a mobile stand.Now comes the best part that mobile stand was at the back gate pocket so how come that guy so the mobile stand. The next morning I saw my car's mobile charger and some food items were all missing and I saw that glass was all over the car in such small pieces. The hotel manager did not allow me to file the original complaint and was trying to protect that guy, what I understood they all were playing around with me and their intentions were not good. Whoever visits this place park your car at your risk and later on they told me where they told me to park has no cctv.

Neat and clean Rooms... Good buffet breakfast and good interiors in restaurant.

Room service is very bad.. wifi is not working.. food quality is not good..very bad experience..they don't respond on any call from room...

Be prepared no warm water comes in the bath. Had to stay here for one full week
