Absolutely, worse lured us by showing us good rooms but gave us some of the worst old rooms we changed rooms 2 times in our 2 day stay ' Please be aware Of these scams'

Staff's misbehaviour may spoil your entire experience. They are operating in highly negative attitude . Person named "Bheema" spoiled my experience with non-cooperative behaviour and arogance. Such staff should be expelled out from hospitality industry.

First of all the hotel markets markets itself as a 4 star hotel , judging by the uploaded picture. But it's not TRUE, it's just a mediocre AC hotel with non-working AC. It is also possible that we were unlucky. They charge more then 300 rs to include breakfast. But in my opinion as a foodie please don't include it you'll find fur better food outside. Room service is also something, even after calling them 3 time they didn't come ( we ask for clean glasses) . 3 star. But I have to appreciate one thing is the behavior of the reception staff.

I recently visited Hotel Harjit Residency and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their snacks. The taste was good, and the service was equally commendable. Additionally, the hotel offers ample parking space, which made my visit even more convenient. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for good snacks and excellent service.

Not a Family hotel. Don't get fooled by the ratings. The lift starts from 1st Floor and when the room was opened I can't withstand with the smell of cigarettes and alcohol. All rooms with same issue . Wasted almost an hour in city to reach there . The price asked give me another shock . The rooms which didn't worth 600INR was asked for 1700+GSt without Breakfast.

Room no 403. Remotes not working. Reception & other utility phone numbers are not displayed. AC to be serviced. All switches should be earmarked. We couldn't find the tv switch until one h/k staff showed us. Otherwise there's no problem. We enjoyed the staying. Resturant on 1st floor is very good.

The best hotel to stay in Sambalpur Located on VSS Marg road(140-220 mtrs) away from Bank of India...Let me come to the point and ratings.. Behaviour of Staff- 10/10 Room Service- 10/10 Cleanliness- 10/10 House keeping- 10/10 Location- 10/10.. One can find Auto stand/Bank of India/Atm/Food stalls/Mall nearby within 200 mtr from this hotel...The hotel has also its own Restaurant...

Whatever the other reviews say, I had a great experience at harjit residency. I stayed for 3 nights here from 30sep-2oct with my wife and my 3 year old. The hotel is centrally located with good access to all the places. There is ample parking and great breakfast(Not Buffet). Complementary breakfast was a preset menu with two options. Rooms are well maintained and staff is extremely helpful.Service might need a little improvement.The food is very tasty there. Whatever we ordered in a span of three days, we were never let down.
