Ambient Rooms

We got a stay here for 2 days on the occasion of a relative's wedding last week. Pros: The rooms were very good & clean. The interiors are decent. It's just 10 mins walking distance from the station. Bathrooms are spacious. Cons: Spring bed was not that comfortable for me. Safety railing is missing on staircases. Parking is limited. Hardly 1 or 2 four wheelers can be accommodated. The price is high considering the surrounding location and amenities.

One the best and peaceful rooms I have ever seen quite and calm the soothing lights of the rooms make the room more elegant. Room service is also good. Reasonable price and worth to stay here.

Very excellent service by all staff specially Priyanka who shown very polite and personalize service. Overally stay was excellent .

I really liked the stay. We were 4 people opted for two executive rooms which costs us 2200 plus taxes. The things which I really liked: 1. The location is best. Only 700m walking distance from the station. 2. Car service available at any time. The driver and car which we were provided was so nice and professional. 3. Food was pure veg and truely awesome. Taste was good and also affordable. 4. Rooms were nice, cosy, neat and clean. 5. Bathrooms spacious enough and clean too. 6. No extra charge for early check in or check out. 7. The staffs are gentle and polite. They didn't charged us any extra for early check in and late check out. Where most of the hotels do charge but they were so good and kind to us. Very friendly and as well as well groomed, maintained and professional. They all have 10 years of bgc checked before recruitment. 8. Room services were available. 9. 24x7 operational. There was always someone at the front desk to help you out be it early morning or late night. 10. Booked this hotel via whatsapp. So they are highly responsive over online or offline bookings Things which I didn't like: NA Overall I had really good time here and surely will check in again if I visit sambalpur.

Rooms were good but we faced some issues as current was out for hours and lift wasn't functioning for a day...and even we were not given any complementary drink like tea or coffee which is a regular thing in any other hotel...yeah rest services were good but price was a bit high ..

Room was good and clean. Food quality and service also was also nice.

Perfect place to stay in Sambhalpur and near by area. Place is run by very humble and hospitable management. Rooms are neat and super clean. Manager Mr Tapan and owner Pratik made sure our stay was comfortable and homely. Food was very delicious as well. All charges were reasonable. Hotel is pet friendly. Highly recommended.
