The Central Park

I had a very good stay at The Central Park Hotel during my recent business trip . The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, which made commuting effortless. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious--perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

The hotel is located very near to the Rourkela railway station which makes it very convenient for staying. The place is also nearby to SAIL Rourkela plant. This hotel is good for business travelers offering value effective rooms and amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a large TV screen fitted into room and a small refrigerator. There are complimentary tea and coffee and 2 litres of water. The room also has a working table and sofa chair for 2 persons with a centre table. The bed is very comfy and the lighting is pleasant.

HORRIBLE !!! Rooms are okay but service is bad. They deliberately allotted a room where AC doesn't work and changed. Toilet exhaust fan doesn't work. Hot water available for 2 min only. The hotel does not bother for residents staying. Since 9 pm very loud music of at least more than 120 decibel going for a function 3 floors below and the window glasses are vibrating for last 2 hours. Don't know when it will stop. Inspite of repeated complaints the hotel does not bother to listen.

Had a comfortable stay. Booked a superior room at 2836. Great location. Railway station and all shops are nearby. Basement parking is available. Only issue was that they couldn't provide me a key card. Every time I have to enter the room I have to inform the receptionist and they send someone to open the room. It became annoying after a while.

Very nice property located at central location. Specially want to mention here about their restaurant. It's very hygienic, nice ambience. Food quality and taste is excellent, every dish is cooked to perfection. We tried many veg & non-veg dishes and every dish is full of flavors and aroma. Service staff is courteous and provide fast service. Must go place for special occasions.

The level of immoral and unethical attitude this hotel has is something I would like to bring to notice. I had booked my stay through MMT on 24th Nov -25th Nov to attend a friend's wedding but my train got delayed by 6 hours.I had requested a refund and cancellation as soon as we got the message from Indian railways before 6 hours of check in time to which the hotel denied the refund. After requesting and reaching out multiple times the hotel denied the refund. I reached out to MMT and they had promised they will provide the refund and now they have confirmed they won't refund our money as this is against their policy. For any emergency and genuine reason,isn't it the responsibility of the hotel as well as MMT to understand the situation and not exploit the customer? It's very disappointing to see that even after being a loyal customer since years both MMT as well as the hotel have shown this kind of an attitude for just Rs 3568.

Today I am staying at Hotel for a Business trip & the music of a marriage party is going on with loudest music at 1.30am & the hotel staff are helpless & unable to control & they are saying it will continue till 2am. Very very very bad experience & will never ever stay at hotel....

The loud music of a marriage party is going on at 1.20am & after several reminders no one is listening & it's continuing till now. ||Very very bad experience & never come again to this hotel. ||Zero control of the hotel & unnecessarily harassing the guests.
