Hotel Steel City

According to me these do not even deserve 1star .. Worst customer experience . Receptionist was very rude He made us wait from 4am to 9pm.. We waited for 5hours outside the hotel calling the manager to open the doors but he was in his deep sleep that he only kept on saying that yes I am coming in 2mins . Who knew his 2mins would lead to 5 freaking hours . Even after check in the problems didn't end . During our check in he said that he will come after some time and will make the connection for TV but to our horror even after check out the person didn't came for connection .. The bathroom ceiling had leakage all over the roof with cisterns not properly working . Taps were not in good condition The beds were in a position that a slight tilt would lead to breakage of bed . Moreover most irritating part was when we checked out after paying our bills he asked us for rs100 as tip (baksish) for service to which we refused . In reply to our refusal he started using abusive language which in turn lead to a handful exchanges of slaps .. It was my worst experience as a traveller dated 11/04/2018

The property features simply furnished AC/ Non-Ac rooms that comes with cable TV, Wardrobe,and private bathroom.You can also enjoy Indian, Chinese,and Continental dishes here.Other facilities like front desk,tour assistance, laundry service and power backup are also offered in the hotel.

Being a regular visitor to Rourkela, I stayed at many hotels in a span of 5 years and this is one of them. Located at a busy and prime location, I could not sleep peacefully when I needed rest. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and pocket friendly too.

This is the best budget hotel in town. I booked for some friends and the location comfort was up to the mark. It is very near to Station Bus Stand and Rourkela Steel Plan Gate. The main market is also very near and safety is not a concern.

Rate is cheaper and quality of rooms too. Good for budget people. If you want standard feeling for short time staying visit others.

I don't like this hotel that much for rude behaves of reception.. I was there to book a room..but turned back after having such badad manners..

Price is cheap but rooms are not good and clean

It's a good stay @ affordable price.
