Hotel Ratna Residency

nice hotels and nice staffs I m very happy to stay 1 night.... I feel comfortable and like my home feel and service person always alert for taking food and all and nice person ..... i like it

The behaviour of the owner is very rude and money oriented....they don't care about the service, they just want to squeeze money out of the customer's pocket. At the reception the owner misbehaved with us after we did the payment. Rooms are also very small as compared to the price you pay.

No wifi provide because jio network is not working properly and bedsheet was not change After 1 day need to improve the service

Room is ok but the way of communication is not ok And the sanitation is fine but the manager or what ever may be so hardly person

Worst service, worst staff, worst management, cheap people, highly unsafe. Don't stay here. Can be dangerous.

Near to bus station and railway station. Lunch and dinner available no need to go outside. Some rooms are closed so checked before saty..
