Hotel M N International

My company booked this hotel for me in exchange for @2000/-. I doubt the actual price of these dirty rooms. Rooms and the furniture are not polished or cleaned enough. The bed cover was torn. Though the toilet was very clean. The staff are not well mannered. Without knocking they entered the room which I believe was highly unprofessional. If you are not providing quality service then charge like ordinary hotels ( Should be 1000/- per day). The good parts are that the TV & WiFi were working peacefully.

I remember staying in this hotel for a day (long time ago). Reached early in the morning and checked out by 9:00 PM on the same day itself. Rooms were average but I was disappointed with their service. I ordered Naan and egg tadka for dinner. But they forgot about my order. Since I had to board a bus so I checked out by 8:30 PM. While ordering I also informed them about my bus timing to which they agreed to serve food by 8:00 PM. However they started preparing the food when I was leaving the hotel. As a result I had to move out empty stomach.

Excellent location, timely pick up, though drop got a bit hectic, but service is nice, staff very cordial. Rooms are spacious, needs a bit of touch up in some places. AC working satisfactory though old. Food was satisfactory. Can stay with family as well. Recommended for stay

One of the worst hotel in Rourkela,Actually there is no 0 star options because compulsory selected 1 star. Horrible experience left the hotel within 3-4 hours. If you wait outside the hotel it'll be better. It's too dirty and old room. Thank God I booked for spending few hours to catch the late night train. Otherwise it's really unacceptable for me to stay 1 night. Most important part I booked AC Room but provided AC remote without battery, when I asked for the same they suggested it's not too hot weather please use fan. See the answer. Actually I asked for fresh air because room have bad smell and fan isn't Abel to clear the smell.

It's a great place to have the stay and also any kind of celebrations. In my point of view in this place the most problematic is parking part and congested road others are very good and lift is slow but working properly except first floor lift is not working for first floor and according to price of room the stay and the comfort or service is totally worth it . Hopefully my review will add some help in your findings.

Gud room but service is poor. Compared to our last stay this time we feel a little bit disappointed. Also no power backup is there

I couldn't stay at night there due to the sudden cancellation of my return train to Kolkata. But passed there whole the day. Average service, good behaviour of stuff with free breakfast. The outside view from the window is beautiful. Location is also nice, near to the railway station.

Located in between congested roads and one of the worst check out experience. Old and dirty rooms. Staff demanding higher prices than online listing
