"I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Jindal Regency in Rourkela! The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the lift facility, which made it easy to move around. The room service was prompt and efficient. Although complimentary breakfast was not available, the hotel's proximity to local eateries made up for it. Overall, Hotel Jindal Regency offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to travelers visiting Rourkela. 4/5 stars!"

The hotel room service is well and clean rooms

Though furnished room and clean bathroom and a budgeted accommodation but there were bugs on the table. Besides that the lighting in the room was very low. Tv is in working condition but the set top box needs to be upgraded, channels were freezing. There is working lift too in the hotel. Though they don't have their own restaurant, so zomato and Swiggy come in handy. The room service was good.

This place is a good budget hotel. Clean rooms, big enough toilet, room service is prompt, what is there not to like? The location is very good, on bisra road, just 5 min from station. they also provide pick up and drop to station on request. the rooms are slightly overpriced for all basic amenities, but this is an industrial town with limited options. The food was awesome, they make some awesome edaal makhni and chili mushroom. i really liked the spread in the breakfast buffet.

Not good not bad so so hotel room not very spacious. Beside executive room I didn't liked other rooms . Room 104 didn't got gyezer warm water any day in 4 days of staying .room 404 got one day and room 504 got 3 days . Morning Tea is Chargeable. Out of 4 days not even one day room service had come to clean the room. It's moderate standard with price little upscale as had booked online so take and all was 2400 something .effective rate per room came to 960/where as in this rate many good good rooms in other hotel we were getting.

Nice and clean rooms. Food quality is good. The hotel has well behaved staff with prompt service. It is one of the better hotels in rourkela. They provide a wide range of breakfast buffet. The location is very good close to railway station.

Please never ever go this hotel . It's really really worst . Staff is rude once who wear a spec. And call himself manager . They are just the arrogant and pathetic people. I booked a standard ac room via goibibo and they treated me as I am entering free of cost in there property and alloted me a worst room at 4th floor . Whose lights were keep on off and on within 5 minutes and ac was noising like a hell . I complained then they said we don't have other rooms u need to adjust . Then I called goibibo for refund they took several actions and called their Honour. He came then provided me a room at 5th floor . Better than that but not reasonable anyhow next day I checked out and said good bye by holding the ear that I won't come again .
