Hotel Adarsh Palace

Worst experience ever! The behaviour of the staff was intolerable. The rooms were untidy, they didn't even change the sheets even after informing them a several times. The service was really poor. Washrooms were in pathetic condition. Moreover the staff behaviour was very rude, they clearly didn't pay attention to any of the services that had been asked for and they asked us to check out at morning 6 o'clock while we had checked in at 10 o'clock two days earlier. They do not have a fixed/proper check in or check out timing. They didn't even provide us with pillow covers as we had asked them to change the pillow covers and the sheets. Really dissatisfied and will not recommend anyone to stay here. Wish I could give them "ZERO" stars.

Rooms are good. They have written room service contact number inside the room. They are responding the calls and provide the service. * 24 Hrs check out time also good. * Reasonable price for rooms. * Hot watter facility available.

Good staying location near railway station. Hotel staff are friendly in nature. Clean & comfortable rooms with 2 3 and 4 sharing options. You can find restaurant near the hotel.

Location:- Rourkela (Near Railway station) Rooms available:- Ac and Non AC. Double bed, Single Bed and King size bed. Amenities:- Cupboard and TV The rooms are adequately spacious for an overnight stay Some of the rooms are relatively better. Glad if those are available costing nearly the same as others.Cleaning service provided. Couple friendly rooms also available. The place is fairly priced (($$$)) provided one gets the rooms out of the better lot.

Good but bathroom is not cleaned. Staff are always available but if your want to early check in so you can face some inconvenience.and it is budget friendly hotel.very near to railway station in walking distance of 2 min. And also very near to oldbus stand in walking distance of 5 min you can come here in any time of night

Not safe for girls. I came with my Dad here as we had document verification in a institution in this city so we lodged here. The bathroom had a small hole from the top. Even after reporting to hotel authority they did not close it. Lately I noticed twice I was observed by someone from that hole. Thank You for the local police who helped me in coming out of that hotel & finding a best hotel for my stay here.

Staff behaviour is rude. If u check in by morning 7 or 8 u need to vacate the room at the same time . after requesting they hardly allow for 1 hour extra. Toilet was not clean actually PPL who staying they are also not maintain cleanses.

Rooms are clean as compared to other hotel and room service is good. If u will get room in 5th floor U can get the view of rourkela hill which is quite amazing and relaxing. Room cost is also very less.
