Capital O Hotel Rourkela Palace

Stayed there for almost 6 days. The staff was very humble and helpful. The owner was very generous and kind. Rooms are decent and spacious. Bathroom was clean and fully functional without any problem. Most importantly food, the food is superb. Very delicious. Totally loved there.

This hotel I have found that more interested do business with flying customers while I had booking for deluxe room but they forced to take super deluxe room with extra payment again while I had paid for two days as my train was scheduled at 23:15 hours and told them that I will checkout at 9 pm they started knocking me to leave room before 8 pm as they are preparing to accommodate flying customers. So I would say avoid this place. But some staffs are really gentle.

So I was there to attend a wedding. It is best in terms of location. Located in one of the prime locations of Rourkela. The hotel is filled with all amenities except geyser, some lights. Air conditioner is not working. A lot of other amenities also were not there. But place is affordable, hygienic and quite. Receptionist was also a humble person. I had my train in early morning and the watchman opened the gate. I liked the gesture of the people working there. So if you are finding a place with less amenities but affordable price then it is perfect. Do visit and let me know your experience also. Thank you

This are called the best hotel in city Manager and the staff member are most humble /kind hearted and the service are also best

Actually it deserves negative star. This hotel is enlisted on OYO. But after booking through OYO, if you reach out to the hotel they will simply deny of having any connection with OYO and will ask you to pay double the amount paid online to book a room. I called the hotel after booking a room through OYO but the manager continued to reject my call, so I cancelled my booking. Then I called OYO customer care to know whether they are working with this hotel or not. The salesman told me yes they are still operating with this hotel and asked me to again book my room there 2nd time. But when I finally reached there for early check in, the manager was asleep or wasn't present at the hotel. And the staff there asked me to pay double the amount for the same room. Disgusting management system in this hotel.

The room was good but the condition of the toilet is just pathetic . The manager lady was rude .

I booked this hotel from OYO but when we reached at hotel manager denied our booking because we booked it from OYO. After that we booked the same hotel at hotel booking desk. But services were worst ever seen. Manager power off AC in the morning @5:30 am there is no switch available in room for AC. Very bad service and no one were responding properly. Never visit this hotel for better stay.

If you wanna stay at a hotel in Rourkela, then this is definitely the last place you want.. cheap hotels around the station are much more clean with proper ventilation than this one. I booked through OYO and i was on a time crunch, but these guys refused to have any connection with Oyo saying that "when booked online they don't receive any profit"... This is legit what they said to me at their reception.... At the eleventh hour I had to make a thousand calls and get a place near the station... Worst experience ever.. Thankfully OYO did refund the amount paid and my day didn't get ruined more than it already had
