Hotel Pearl Orchid (A Unit of Hotel Pramod)

GM Ashok is a nightmare for it's visitors. Extremely bad behavior with worst interactions ever. Central ac in mandap and lobby's ac is barely working. But the reply ("bhaiya baar baar gate khul raha hai to kahan se kaam karega") is fixed. Commitment of extra mattress for extra person will not be kept. Soup dispenser in restaurant will not be allowed to use. Guests will be treated as terrorists from GM Ashok. No support for accommodation as well

Room is just ok as per the price. Location too far from city, nearly 5-6 KM. Very poor management of guests, they will tell you as complementary breakfast, but you won't find breakfast in some times. I had stayed there for 2 days, 1st day I got the breakfast on 2nd day, they allowed highway commuter gang(a marriage party) to have breakfast from buffet breakfast.(this was happened in front of me) But,Hotel staying guests are been told that breakfast is finished. I had been asked to wait, after 20 minutes & finally told it can not be arranged. (Other Guests also) If you are choosing complementary breakfast option it may happen with you. A Very poor management by hotel management team.

Provide good service,provide good quality of food & the most important thing of this hotel is the behaviour of the staff is so good,

The staff at this hotel were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Maintained good hygiene .

We stayed here on 20th January 2025, Neat and clean room, good service, safe and secure, family friendly, food quality good, parking available, cozy atmosphere, staff behaviour good, location is easily reachable, overall safe and comfortable stay.

Room, ambiance, service, location is not as per the payment. Price is too high if you see the service, room, food. Not at all satisfied. And also, while I was changing my dress inside the locked room, one female staff open the door by using the hotels master key without even knocking.

Staffs here is really supportive. They cooperated with me really well from auto booking to room cleaning on a prompt basis. I tried some delicacies of this hotel and I can guarantee it is one of the best in sambalpur.
