The Hans Coco Palms, Puri

If you drive from Kolkata to Puri, this hotel stands one of the few that you approach the moment you hit Marine drive. Located in front of the beach, it has direct access to the beach area. The swimming pool and the entire property is under good maintenance and the staff deserve special mention. They are courteous and always willing to help. Food is satisfactory. All in all, pretty good experience for the price we pay.

We just stayed on 13.4.2025 and also previously we stayed here. Property and location are excellent. Food was very good. Breakfast is main USP for the stay. But this time what we noticed that staff is asking money for tips. For such a high class hotel, this is not expected.

Resort is located at prime location and beach is accessible in just 5 min. Services are okay. Food is bit expensive. Be cautious on agreed deliverables.. you might get surprises on not getting you were promised.

Beautiful sea facing property little away from crowded beach. Lush green garden with beautiful flowers and landscape a place to enjoy morning sun. Rooms are comfortable with sea view balcony. Service is very good with courteous staff members . Over all had a wonderful stay with family.

Everything about this hotel is great except the bathrooms are too small. I mean they are way too small. The location is awesome. Right on the beach. The staff are polite. Service is good. Food is tasty and includes a lot of variety. Amenities were all given.

An excellent hotel right in the centre of town. Bedroom, bathroom and dining room were very clean and the swimming pool was beautiful. It's right on the sea front so perfect for walking past delicious food stalls and a small fun fair with hundreds of families on holiday. Ajay, at the reception, could not have been kinder even helping us to find a close by hotel on a night they were full.

One of the very good property in Puri. Sea facing and staff was very good. Food was amazing - priced little higher and taxes and all makes it very costly. Avg sandwich costs u around 500 is too much actually. Also their portion for all dishes are big and they should consider to serve half to avoid food waste and economy for their customers.

Overall pleasent stay at the property. Staff are cordial and helpful. But they need to renovate the rooms as it's a old property. Bed linens were not very clean. The bathroom was small and not upto the mark. They should focus more on maintenance. Food was good. I found not worth.
