Its ok, in the budget staff are cooperative and the location is also nice. You will have the Niladri beach within 400m And puri beach within 2 km The hotel does not have kitchen or food facilities. So you have to manage your food. But there are a good amount of restaurants nearby.

Pros 1. The cheapest hotel in that area. 2. It is very near to the beach. 3. Gated parking Cons 1. Old rooms and the odour hits your nose while entering the rooms. 2. Bathrooms are also old styled. 3. I read older reviews where people had mentioned trouble with the ramp of the parking gate. I experienced the same issue while taking my car in and out. It hits the car at the bottom. 4. No food. I ate in the nearby hotels' restaurants and they're good.

Away from Swargodwar.. Opposite of Mayfair. Very near to Niladree Beach.. No restaurant with this hotel. Polite staff..

Good Behaviour. minimum airflow into the rooms, odour hits when entering the room. Beach is near. No food. But good restaurants are nearby.

Very pathetic experience... room smells very bad. Very dirty rooms. Seems Bed, curtains, bathroom are not getting cleaned regularly. I had booked the hotel for 4 days (Rs. 1200/ day) and made advance for two days. But could not even stay a single day.. I did not get any refund. Still I decided to move out. If I would have been offered to stay for Rs. 200/ day.. still I would not have stayed there. Pics available on line does not match with the reality. Not recommended.

I had an enjoyable experience. It is a budget hotel with having reasonable services available for guests. Most importantly, the sea beach is just 2 minutes of walkable distance from the resort. Travellers can enjoy good time at sea beach.

The rooms in this hotel are dirty and smelly. You'll not be able to view the sea from the balcony. There is no running hot water. You'll have to call the reception for hot water and then they will bring you warm water in a bucket, it's very inconvenient. The staff are good behaved. We booked two rooms in this hotel for four days but we had to leave after two days because of these reasons. We wanted to leave before but we had already paid advance for two days. On top of that they charged us an extra 30% for cancelling which is uncalled for but they wouldn't listen. I did not have a pleasant experience in this hotel at all. It is an overrated hotel with no basic amenities.

Avarage hotel to spend a night or two. Got it at 460/night (approx) so booked it. Close to "Model Sea Beach" but a bit far from Golden beach or Swagadwar. Rooms were airy and big enough. Rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was average. Manager were helpful guiding with all the needed information. Overall a good hotel for the price I paid.
