OYO HOTEL SAI SANDPIPER

When I called hotel regarding booking, they said It is booked pls come. While reaching at hotel they send me to other address, that is a local lodge , near by fl off shop. Name of the guest is different. While I asked him about This hotel name is different. He said stay here that hotel is full. I wasn't feel safe there so , returned from they . So pathetic service from oyo, They don't do proper varification.

Profuse water leakage in bathroom through out stay of 2 days, not repaired on informing also. Food quality is not good. Hiring of car through reception of hotel is very high due to hidden commission approx 50% of car rent. Very worst experience.

The place is very far away from the attraction place of Swargadwar Beach( almost 1km). The service is not bad. But the rooms and the corridors are full of water as moisture is too much. One have to keep the ac at 16 degree so that the the dripping stops. The food is not good but cheap. They serve rotten food and the attitude of the reception manager/owner is very bad and almost not ready to listen the request of changing the food.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The rooms are constantly damp, with floors and walls that seem to be perpetually wet. Security is also a concern, as the room locks are poorly maintained and easily compromised. Additionally, the management is unresponsive to complaints and dismissive when issues are raised. Save your money and choose a different hotel.

Ratings 4/10. Pros - *) Only 1 minute away from the sea beach. *) Superb view from the terrace you can sit and enjoy in the evening. *) Service boys were good. Cons- *) Manager was somewhat rude. If you guys face any problem i would suggest you to directly talk with the service boys. *) They have their own restaurant near the reception area. We have received our ordered meal 25-30mins late. *) Rooms were untidy. They change bed sheets after every two days. Would suggest you guys to take your own towel as the towels provied by them were not that clean. Though they will change the towel on daily basis, if only you ask them to do so.

Pathetic rooms. Worse than a guest house. No hot water for bath. Located in slums area. The people at reception are least bothered about anything. They want money for everything. I had booked an AC room. I was charged extra for AC. A big no for this place.

Very poor reservation and hotel management. booking after pay advance forcefully offering expensive rooms have to take and providing another location what we seen the conforming rooms picture it's not the same location. not recommending to safe place to stay.

Worst hotel I have stayed till date. WATER WATER EVERY WHERE NOT A DROP TO DRINK like atmosphere very disgusting behaviour of the management,food quality is also not good
