Property not maintained at all. There are pigeons everywhere. You can't even stand peacefully in the reception area as you always have to be careful about pegion droppings. Only the balcony is good. Water is dirty in the swimming pools. There is no water pressure in the showers. Towels are greasy. They over charge people. The hotels only looks pretty from the outside.

Good Option - bit pricey I booked a room for the family. Let's talk about what i liked: 1. It's a beach front hotel. You just cross the road and you are on beach. 2. It is one of the hotel which have swimming pool among the nearby hotels. You bath in the sea, then take the shower and head for the pool, enjoy there without worrying about how to go in the room in wet condition. 3. The hotel has a good royal type structure and building which I liked. 4. The service is good and all the staff is courteous. They try to help you. 5. The hotel have sea facing rooms from where one can enjoy sea view. 6. The breakfast was good in taste. But limited in items. The things I don't like: 1. I was provided twin sharing room with two single bed instead of double bed even though I booked it as family stay. 2. The room were not in good shape when compared with the price. One can get good rooms even at cheaper price. 3. The toiletries were not of good standards or brands.

recently stayed at NRS Royal Palace, Puri, and overall, it was a good experience. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the beautiful sea view from the balcony, which made the stay quite relaxing. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a big plus, making it easy to enjoy the seaside whenever we wanted. The food was decent, offering a satisfactory variety, though there is room for some enhancement. One of the best aspects was the Holi program organized by the hotel, which was well-arranged and thoroughly enjoyed by the children. It added a festive touch to our stay. On the downside, the swimming pool was under maintenance, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to using it. Also, while the staff behavior was decent, the room conditions could be improved to enhance comfort and overall guest experience. Overall, a good stay with a great location and nice festive arrangements, but some improvements in facilities and room upkeep would make it even better.

The hotel rooms are fantastic, made on 1900s wooden theme. It is spacious too. The foods are a bit expensive and the hotel service is not that good. The swimming pool and garden are very good. The sea beach is very nearby and puri temple, market are hardly 2-3 kms from the hotel. Overall it is a perfect place for your family vacation.

Rooms are damp.. infact in my 4 night stay I struggled with insects for 3 sleepless nights. Room service is also slow. If you stay for more than a day, they are not going to change the bed sheets. Also they just fill the basic needs like body gel , moisturiser but washroom not cleaned. Food quality good and restaurant staffs are very supportive.

Terrible Experience - so not recommended ! 1/ Rooms: For the price charged, 10k per night Rooms need lot of maintenance. Its doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel. I'm currently staying here during New Years and it felt the Rooms haven't been opened for a while. There are mosquitoes in the rooms which the management did help with, but I'd expect better maintenance to start with. The rooms were dusty and not that clean. 2/ Dinner/Lunch Buffet: Buffet is lacking items and the staff primarily cares about Ala carte order. Quality of food is not good and options in Buffet were very limited. I have had better Buffet than this in relatively much cheaper hotels. 3/ Housekeeping: Seems to be non-responsive and everything needs to be called for twice or thrice. Overall, I was travelling with my parents and stayed here for 3 days but the experience was so not upto the mark.

Quite a good place to stay. Prefer the sea facing balcony of u really wanna enjoy the view. Price is high but the quality of rooms are amazing as well.

We recently have stayed in this hotel for our family trip to Puri. The hotel was located on the main road opposite to sea beach. As it was the time of new year they have organised a cultural program and we were invited to the same with all other guests who are staying here during this time. We felt the service was good and food was also good. We got a huge balcony on bonus hence thanks for that. Only concern which we observe is the washroom in the room are quite small and should have been well maintained. I saw in the review most of the people are complaining for the same. Hence it needs an immediate attention.
