Laxmi Narayan Residency

||I have known Laxmi Ojha (093372 11882) for the past 5 to 6 years. Initially, he worked as a simple broker and used to rent bikes at Puri. Our connection was friendly and trustworthy during those early years.||A Sudden Shift in Attitude||However, things changed drastically when Laxmi decided to become a hotel owner. His hotel, located conveniently near the sea beach, naturally attracted customers due to its location. The property had only two rooms and was far from what one would call a proper hotel. Still, he began receiving guests without much effort due to the footfall in that area.||Hospitality Issues||Despite the location advantage, I doubt many customers would return once they experience his service. On my recent visit this week, I was deeply disappointed by his behavior. He acted in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, completely different from how he used to be.||Call for Accountability||This behavior is not just a personal concern but a matter that can impact tourism in Puri. Hotel owners like Laxmi Ojha and service providers such as Payel Scooter Service are creating a negative image for what should be a divine and serene destination.||I strongly feel that the Puri Hotel Owners' Association must look into such matters more seriously before accepting new members. The association should ensure that its members maintain certain standards of hospitality and conduct.||

The Rooms are spacious,bathroom is clean, Manager and staff are very cooperative. Food is fresh and good. Nearest beach is at walking distance. It's a good budget friendly stay.

I booked this Residency using makemytrip for staying one night . The Room & Bathroom are big, neat & clean. Hospitality of manager & all staff was next level. Location is good . Beach is nearly 200 m away. Their is a rooftop resturant Mama's Cafe of this Residency. Food was very fresh & delicious. Go for it without any hesitation.

Lakshmi Narayan Residency is situated on the beach having great atmosphere to live on the beach of Puri great vegetarian food very simple people serving with their simplicity great view from rooftop of ocean

The residency is at a very good location just 1-1.5 kks away from the station, not at the crowded part of Puri. They have clean rooms with good maintenance, prompt room service. The manager is a very well behaved guy with good staffs. the cafe at the roof top is cheery on the cake.

Nice hotel in Puri dham even the behaviour of the Hotel manager was superb.He always welcome us by his sweet gesture and namaskaram .The hotel boys are helpful in nature.They provide pure vegetarian food without onion garlic and sea beach is very closed to their hotel mostly around 350m walking distance.

Experience was good, they were all friendly with good food and services and were considerate with us having 1 extra person .... Great view from tarace

Very good hotel. Rooms are nice. Food and room service is excellent.
