Location is bit far and their service is extremely slow. You need to wait more than 1 hour to get your room. That too we checked in during the evening. You get no toiletries, or towels , no hot water in geyser. Very dirty linens. I recommend not to stay here.

Terrible Experience - Host Lacks Professionalism Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. We arrived late at night due to a long journey from Bhubaneswar, with one additional guest joining us at the last minute. We informed the host about this situation and checked in quietly to avoid disturbing anyone at midnight. Instead of handling the matter professionally the next morning, the host rudely asked us to leave the property without any discussion or consideration. The lack of understanding and hospitality was shocking. If additional charges were required, we would have been happy to settle them, but the unnecessary drama and hostility were completely uncalled for. This experience ruined our trip, and we would strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this property.

Extremely poor quality of apartments we stayed (De Sea Apartments). No maintenance at all. Stains all over the bedsheet, pillow covers and bath towels. Bathroom condition is pathetic. That charged us Rs. 3500/- per night for each apartment (we booked total 3 apartments). Moreover, they don't have power backup, so we had to climb up to 6th and 7th floor during the power cut of almost 7 hours. Do Not book there. furthermore, it's location is way far from the beach and you need walk 400-600 meter inside depending upon the location of your apartment in the society. Lots of other better options are available in Puri.

NO DOUBT THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS GOOD AND WELL MAINTAINED BUT It is in the END of PURI TOWN . IF you are planning a 3 to 4 day stay at PURI , then if you take stay in KRISHNA SEA SIGHT then you might miss the local attractions and the city because nearby you won't find any good shops selling items and other miscellaneous things. So it's better to stay around the jaganaath temple . Also the AUTO DRIVER takes 200 - 250 one way from here to TEMPLE ( APPROX distance is 4 km ) which seems very costly in this small city and in the night the rate hikes upto 350. So you end up spending ~600 for one outing. So it's recommended to reside at a place in thr heart of the PURI CITY where one can find much more variety as well as restaurants.

Stay at your own peril. Recycled Sewage treated water is being sent for basin and domestic use.... Anyone can sue these homestays.... Maintenance lacking.... Genset power does not power lifts.... Check again before you book....

We stayed at Sanjay home entire 1bhk Apartment. It was a nice place to stay. Rooms are well maintained.

Rk home stay so cool u can enjoy .room are very clean. Lovely stay ..highly recommend

This is not a resort. It's residential apartments where many home stays and some hotels are there. The residential properties are not well maintained but good for 1 or 2 days stay compared to Hotels. Lift and outside of the room is smelly didn't like much.
