Hotel Vijoya International

A great hotel for people who like to explore peaceful areas near the beach. Checkout time 8am is too early. Hotel needs to change policy regarding checkout time. It has a direct access to private beach. Sea view rooms are now not a good option since lot of greenery has been developed between beach and all the hotels, so no view from rooms. Reception is a one of the great part of the hotel.

Awesome experience staying in Vijoya international. We had a sea view room. Awesome view from the room. Service is really good. Some improvement require in the property as it is an old property. They are working on the renovation.

Starting with rooms they were neat and clean , daily cleaning provided. Staff was too notch. Food options were delightfull. Deepali helped us check in and ensure our stay is comfortable. Property has the direct entry to beach which is well maintained !! Overall an amazing experience

Awesome stay in this price point, 5 star service best hotel in puri.i stayed in a room 1st floor 101 at 3 night ( march 20 to 23 ) room was very clean and well maintained . The staff of the hotel vijoya puri work proactively at the service of tha guest which help the guest feel at home. Resturant staff mr.shubham and receptionist mrs.Deepali one of the staff of the hotel provides outstanding service . Best hotel in puri .

Rooms need improvement like there is a foul smell coming as soon as you enter the room. Styling need to be modernized. But the staff is very friendly and helpful There are two ladies in the restaurant they are very helpful and professional. Location is superb.

I have booked Delux room @4910 Rs per night. The rooms are not good at all. Rooms are not maintained. Wash room is bad, having bad smell. Water is not passing through Washbasin. Not clean. Room does not have proper window. The passage of the room was dirty, most of the time water in the floor. Most importantly I took 2 rooms. Room number 232, 233. They does not have elevator. You have go to 1st floor using elevator then go to the room using stair for 1 floor. They took 100% money in advance. More importantly the check out time is 10 AM. So if your train is at 1pm, 2 pm then never book this hotel, as they charge you half day tarriff. Good part is their food. Breakfast and food is very good. Overall my recommendation is, if your room budget 5000 don't go for is old, poor maintained hotel. Go for other hotels.

I booked a group trip with this hotel and was required to pay a 15% deposit in advance. I was told that my deposit would be returned if I canceled at least a month in advance. Since I sadly was not able to take the trip, I did end up canceling my reservation about six weeks in advance. The hotel wrote back and asked for my bank account details to refund the deposit, which I sent right away. I wrote several emails to ask if the money had been transferred, but they never responded. In my last e-mail, I told them I would be forced to give them a bad review if they didn't respond or transfer the deposit refund. Still no answer and no refund sent. Since international transfers can take a while, I waited a few weeks just in case. However, the money is still not on my account and I never received an answer to my e-mails. This was a longer trip, so the deposit was a fairly substantial amount of money. Overall, this makes me feel that the hotel is unprofessional and untrustworthy, so beware.

Very friendly staff and accommodating to all my needs. Rooms are decent, though could use a little updating which they seem to be slowly on the process of. Buffet was acceptable, though coffee a bit weak. Nice that it is next to the beach and in a quiet area. Was here for two weeks with a group and felt like home away from. Thanks!
