Hotel Swarnadham

The service was very poor . We stayed there for three days and no one came to clean the room on all three days.The owner said he would send someone to clean the room but he did not send someone.The TV wasn't even turning on.Guys I will tell no one to take this hotel.

This is a fraud hotel. We booked online and paid half of total room fair but on arrival they refused to give hotel by saying that they did not receive any advance as their on line booking is closed since 3 years. We lost our money. Hotel employees are involved in this type of fraudulent activities and they did it with others also. Don't fall into the trapped of this people

Below are our recent experiences. 1. Very costly compared to service. 2. No drinking water, no soap, no towel, no food. Room means only room. Also for non AC rooms fans was not working properly. Asked them for fan, they told it is voltage issue. 3. Only location is near 500 meter of sea beach. 4. But it is a "Slam" area only. 5. They have lift, but not available all time. Means they stop the lift power switch. They asked huge per day money for non-ac (2000) for 3 sharing bed. So avoid this hotel. This is our recent visit experiences.

The worst experience I ever had. Take my word. Don't book this hotel. Just don't.Speak very sweetly when you call to book the hotel. But when you arrive a completely different battle will start. It can ruin your vacation. 1. Room size are very small. There is no single window in non AC room on 1st and second floor. 2. Ac vents are not fixed. It fell down on me while sleeping!!(see the picture how greatly they fixed that thing after complaint,,) 3. Locking the Bathroom door is the real battle. ( You can see that too) 4. Poor room service. 5. If you stay here the worst part will be the front desk guy, he will always ask for payment. I didn't find any hotel personel who asks their guests , where they are going. But you will be asked everytime you go out. 6. Last but not the list by hook or by crook they will charge you extra. So, choose wisely.

They don't even deserve 1 star! One of the worst hotel in Puri. - behaviour of those people not acceptable! They're just like goons! -Lift doesn't work -While booking hotel guy said the room is of sea view, but nothing is visible! - Even if you book the rooms 1 month before, they'll only give you the rooms available and mostly the higher tariff price rooms -While check in they will charge extra for AC room even if you book non ac they'll say those rooms aren't available and charge you the extra amount. - No wifi in rooms - Bathroom not clean, buckets mugs very dirty - No soap, no shampoo , no towels - nothing they'll provide - Bedsheet not clean and tampered. - They don't even keep the proof of online advance payment you paid already, they'll ask for that while check out and ask you to show the proofs My suggestion don't go to this hotel

This hotel is the worst in all respect. Amenities are defective. No service staff visible. Behaviour of the receptionist is bad. No guiser. Even they did not give drinking water. No food/ tea service. Please do not book this hotel.you will be cheated.

One of the worst hotel in Puri. -Lift doesn't work -While booking hotel guy said the room is of sea view, but it's not all they lied -While check in they will charge extra for AC room - No wifi in room but at the time of booking they will say yes - Bathroom not clean - Bedsheet not clean and tampered In Short they will say yes to everything but after check in its totally different My suggestion don't go to this hotel or else you will ruin your tour.

Very polite....good behaviour....Good maintenance.... overall very good
