Hotel Sagar Tarang (Berries Group of Hotels)

The hotel staff were very good and friendly. We had book 1 family suite room and it was handed over to us before check in time which really helped us. Room service was very quick and clean. Room's interior was very good and spacious. All the amenities included were very good and helping. Also, during holi colors kit was provided along with drinks. This is a very good and family friendly hotel.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was in terrible shape--dirty sheets, stained carpets, and a musty smell that made it unbearable. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold on the walls and a leaking faucet. Basic toiletries was not provided. Breakfast was repeating with stale bread . My rooms are not cleaned in 3 days. Overall, this hotel is a nightmare. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Don't waste your money!

Rooms are spacious...service is also very good..breakfast served is Good and tasty..they have very nice swimming pool with all rooms are pool view. Hotel location is very good near to Beaches and other locations..I stayed there for 3 nights with my family...all went really well. The only suggestion to hotel is they need to do little work in managing the enterior and washrooms.

Pathetic room condition i paid for suite room 3 k and it was not worth it too much disappointed bed sheets pillows are too in bad condition it's looks like totally oyo cheap class rooms my vacation is ruined am not satisfied with hotel staff services everything is very badddddd very bad I will suggest you guys don't waste your money on this sagarbtarang hotel rooms were very dirty and smelly

Worst service received in the hotel from reception to service providers. After repeated asks they have not provided toiletries and towel. Room not cleaned properly and full of mosquitoes. We had a worst experience with the hotel. Even the room do not have a telephone to reach the reception. We had to walk everytime for any small things.

pathetic condition of rooms. ill maintained. the electric kettle in the room is full of rust. hotel does not has proper glasses even to provide in the room. tea served is in a dirty kettle. gave plastic cups for tea. didn't had glass glasses even. we paid 11k for a suite room. and are seriously disappointed with the hotel and it's services.

I recently stayed at Sagar Tarang, and I can honestly say it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had. The room was infested with bed bugs, and it was clear that the hotel management was well aware of the problem. Despite knowing about the issue, they still allotted me this room without any regard for my comfort or well-being. The cleaning staff even confirmed that the management had been aware of the situation, yet nothing was done to resolve it. It was beyond frustrating to bring up the issue, only to be ignored and treated with utter disrespect. The lack of basic courtesy and the blatant disregard for guest health and safety is inexcusable. I was left scratching and uncomfortable all night, and no one seemed to care. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value a peaceful, clean, and hospitable stay.

Worst service I have ever seen, don't book by seeing the low rate. No wifi, no welcome drinks, worst breakfast, no room cleanliness. After a repetitive call no one will respond.matress quality is very bad. Wall painting peels off.
