Hotel Puri Beach Resort

This hotel is a complete scam! They take your booking, grab your money, and then vanish--no refund, no response, just pure fraud. Total rip-off artists preying on innocent people. Avoid this place like the plague unless you wanna throw your hard-earned cash straight into the gutter!

i stayed there with husband & 4 yrs old kid. the food was awesome. they cooked food for my kid also & he enjoyed. overall very good experience

The rooms are pathetic, and the bathrooms are in very bad shape. And under the bed there's lots of ants coming out. Not recommended, otherwise you can compromise for your health and hygiene. The only positive is the pristine view of the mighty bay of bengal from your balcony and windows. Also you can go to the beach anytime you want and, in the evening you can roam around the beach road.

Overall, I loved the experience. However would like to mention that once we checked in, none of the linens were clean. However, when we called the housekeeping staff, they have proactively changed the linens. Hence, I would be giving 5 starts. The room is spacious and was clean. Washrooms didn't not have any toiletries, but when asked, staff provided us with everything. Most of them were approachable and professional. It is located just opposite the beach, so you can go for night walk at the beach. Would recommend it.

I stayed here for 5 days with my family and we had a great time. The hotel is located on the new marine drive road and the view from the sea facing rooms was top notch. There's literally just 1 road separating the beach from the hotel. The beach in front of the hotel was not crowded at all and Swargadwar is at a 5 - 10 min walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were very good but could use some minor maintenance here and there. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was also good.The swimming pool was not functional due to some construction work when we visited. Overall it's a very good hotel.

Location is great as beach is less crowded and you can enjoy your time at the beach but rooms we stayed ruined the mood. Some rooms missing geyser, some cups/glasses, some toilet seats. As it is just beside the beach I know its difficult to maintain and keep everything clean but when you are charging such high premium basic level of cleaning is expected. May be due to weather floors are wet all the time and walls are damp

Good ambience, Room service is too good with an amazing sea face room. The hotel is quite far from the local market but close to the lighthouse.

Excellent experience at Hotel Puri Beach Resort! The staff were very attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, and the beach view was spectacular.
