Hotel Park

Booking this hotel was something really smart we did. The service and behaviour of each and every staff as well as the manager was great. And the food quality deserves 5 star. I checked into this hotel on 27th Nov and stayed for the next 3 days and they really made our stay a memorable one.

We have been given water to drink in water flusk however we have found white insects floating in the water when we informed the same to the hotel manager he didnt agree and continiously refused that it was not their fault. He was so rude that it turned into a heated argument and other guests cane out of their room.we asked to privide mineral water bottles for a day as compensation as we were afraid to drink their water again however he didnt agree to anything and shouted at the top of his voice. No customer service was provide from this property during our entire stay. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as we had the worst experience out there. Highly dissapointed staff and experience in this hotel.

The most bad experience I had today with the front office desk person , they didn't allowed to keep the luggage after check out and have food inside the resturant. They started giving slangs and treated as if we are intruders. Rooms are worst , behaviour of staff is very rude . Only one plus point the guy who serves food is good and having sence . Don't go for the location many hotels you will get but behaviour of the hotel staffs is very bad ,please don't visit .

The hotel offers good value for the price. It's very close to the beach and local markets, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was tasty, and the staff were courteous. A minor issue was that the AC in our room didn't work well, but they fixed it quickly. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Puri.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Park! The staff is very warm and welcoming, and the location is perfect.close to the beach and major attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the local seafood. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Puri!

Behaviour of the Restaurant staff was very bad, and also bad attitude of their Restaurant manager . They are very illiterate persons and arguments with their bad behavior. Specifically hotel manager. This person ruined the hotel name and faith.

This resort will appeal greatly to foodies. Every dinner was a taste adventure, featuring both foreign and regional specialties. The themed dinner nights were a nice touch, and the cooks are quite competent. I'm eager to come back for more

Hotel Park is located in a prime spot near the beach. The rooms are quite comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the breakfast spread. The only downside was that the bathroom fixtures could use Rating F G 5 9 + a little updating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I'd stay here again
