Location: Very Good Room : Very Good Staff : Very Good Room Rent : Compare to place and other hotel is ok. Bathroom: Need to be modified again. Overall Review: as I stayed in Room No : 103 My review based on room I got. Request to the management please re modify the bathroom Fishy Smell is coming as it's became to old . Located right on the beach. Well maintained rooms and awesome landscape design in the property. Ground floor Rooms are a little small and lack privacy. Otherwise the rooms are well maintained. The contact numbers mentioned on the internet are fraudulent and do not transfer any amount for booking. In house restaurants have a limited Menu but the food quality is good. Recommended place to stay with family

We reached here on 12th February. The rooms were large enough to walk comfortably. View was also very nice and beautiful. It had needful amenities. Bathroom was clean and big. Children's park was also available. Food was delicious and tasty and worth the price. But service was a little bit late for food. Overall the experience was worth it. Very nice hotel. I recommend to visit this hotel.

Though rooms are small, but it was just ok for 2 of us. Not many amenities in the room or bathroom other than basic. Considering the size of room and amenities, tariff is little high. People in reception are very well behaved and helpful. Overall experience of hotel is very good. Restaurant has a good variety of items, particularly to suit Bengali taste. Service is not so good, mainly because of less manpower. Finally, I will recommend this hotel for holidaying, with moderate budget.

The hotel fills us Puri lovers with nostalgia. Spacious and comfortable rooms with proper sea view. Courteous staff and good ambience. However, food quality needs a huge change in terms of taste and flavour especially the Chinese food items. Bengali food preparations are nice. Overall a satisfactory stay. A special thanks to the restaurant manager of New sea hawk for catering to us after closing time in the afternoon as we reached late.

We have taken one 4bedded room and one luxury double bed room. The bathrooms were stinking and the price they charge they dont even give basic amenities like toilet roll, toothbrush, space for hanging clothes and when asked in the reception they are just clueless and expressionless. No proper pest control in place and hence lot of cockroaches in the rooms.Also the restaurant is revamped and looks good with decent food but the manager over there is extremely rude shouting at top of his voice on his staffs ruining the quiet dining experience altogether.

Cons: Rented 3 rooms which included one 4 bedded room in the 2nd floor. The 4 bedded room was not worth the tariff. Didn't have proper ventilation and drainage system. The washroom was stinking all the time. Very poorly illuminated and had plasters coming off the walls. Very poorly maintained. We had 2 super deluxe double bedded rooms which are passable in that room price. However, due to an extremely poor drainage system, the washrooms in all the rooms were stinking most of the time. The washrooms of all the rooms that we rented (2 super deluxe double bedded room and one 4 bedded room all in the 2nd floor) are not up to the mark and need a lot of deep cleaning. Also note that the 4 bedded room had only 2 complimentary bottled water which seemed a bit illogical for me and when asked for an explanation of the same, the staffs couldn't provide any logic behind only 2 complimentary mineral water bottles for 4 adults in a 4 bedded room! Overall our aged family members had a pathetic time in the 4 bedded room. Pros: the location is fantastic, the balconies from our rooms had great views and very courteous cleaning and restaurant staffs. The quality of the food in the restaurant is good.

The rooms are small but has basic amenities. But the service is the worst . The restaurant is so so . The only good thing is the view of the golden beach from the hotel room. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
