HOTEL LANDMARK PURI

Had a very pleasant stay throughout. The rooms are very well sanitized and the service was quite nice. Very accessible location. Experienced a few power cuts during the night but not much of an inconvenience. It would be better if the dinner was available past 11:00.

The Stay was very good and comfortable. The Location is very convenient, it is just 1mins walking from Sea Beach road. The room size is very big and will give you enough space to move around the room comfortably. Service is also good. There is dedicated room service person for every floor.Everyday room cleaning and filling of Beverages and Mineral water bottle. Staffs are very well behaved and helpful. Even if you take Madan Mohan Khuntia Panda from Hotel for Jagannath temple darshan,it will be best choice. Overall comfortable and good stay for Vacation.

Location is nearly perfect. Just a minute walk to the beach road. Rooms are pretty good. But when it comes to service, this hotel is pathetic. The staff barely cares about its customers. The room service is delayed. The staff is rude. The WiFi sucks. So as long as, you are booking this hotel just for a sleepover and it's precise location to the beach. It is value for money but don't expect much from the staff and the room service. You may not book it again. I am giving 3 stars just for its location and room. I would literally give 0 for staff.

The location is excellent--just a short walk to the sea beach, and only about 8 to 10 minutes from the Jagannath Temple. The hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were spacious, cozy, and very clean--perfect for three people in one room. Housekeeping was done daily, which we really appreciated. Food at the hotel was another highlight--delicious in taste, served in good quantity, and definitely satisfying. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Puri!

Rooms are quiet ok. Service is also good. But there are so many cockroaches as you can see in the video and photo. We were eating in the room and cockroaches were roaming around freely on our table. It is disghusting to eat and stay in such conditions. Rest are fine.

Room(mainly washroom) was not clean at all. Bedsheet & blanket were very dirty, I was not able to use those. I had to purchase new bedsheet from Puri due to that. Bad smale was also coming from room. Rooms are not up to mark as per daily charge/rent. Hotel charged me extra 1680 rupees due to late check-out of 4 hours(I checked out at 12:20 PM afternoon). It's completely unexpected for me. I never faced it in any hotel inside and outside of India in my life time. Behaviour of staffs was good. Hotel location is also good, 200 meter from sea beach. Some other points are also mentioned below - 1. There is no network inside the rooms. Even the hotel own wifi doesn't work. You can't make imp calls most of the time. 2. There are no balconies. Drying clothes is very difficult. 3. Last but not the least after you checkout and clear all pending bills at reception the manager and its team will ask you to review them and in the name of review they will take your phone and open Google and put reviews by themselves which is horrible bcz review is someone's personal opinion and not to be forced.

The stay was very good and comfortable. Update :4.5 Honest review after the complete stay- the location is very convenient, it is just 2 mins from the sea beach. The room size is very big and will give you enough space to move around comfortably. Service - Service is a bit questionable. Sometimes we had to remind multiple times for minor services when requested at the reception. Extension - Hotel is generous and if there is less rush they are ok for you to extend for an hour or two after normal check out time of 7 AM. They even allowed us to keep luggage at their premise for few more hours. Staffs - Staffs are well behaved and helpful. Cleanliness - Generally well kept but they must ensure a wash area as it is close to sea beach. Food- we only had breakfast and it was good. I have got good feedback from other co-guests.

This hotel is One of the most affordable hotel in swargadwar puri. All the staffs are well mannered and also provide us every services according to our need ....Food quality is top notch.I recomend this hotel for a luxury experience yet in affordable price. One thing I want to recommend them that is to improve there wifi connection after that this will be a great staying experience.
