Do Not Stay at This Hotel - Highly Disappointed I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was extremely unpleasant due to several serious issues. Firstly, the staff behavior was very unprofessional and rude. They were not helpful at all and seemed uninterested in resolving any concerns. Secondly, the cleanliness of the hotel was far below acceptable standards. The room was dirty, and shockingly, I found insects on the bed, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. Lastly, the prices are way too high compared to the poor quality of service provided. Overall, this place is not worth your time or money. There are far better options available at similar or even lower prices. Avoid this hotel if you care about hygiene, comfort, and respectful service.

Pros: Good Location: The only positive is that the property is close to the beach, making it convenient for beach visits. Cons: Unclean Rooms: Rooms are extremely dirty; everything from racks, commode, and mirrors are either broken or poorly maintained. Dirty Bedding: Bedsheets and pillows were stained and unwashed. The blanket provided was of very poor, local quality. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled heavily of phenyl and bleach, making it uncomfortable to stay. Poor Service: Staff behavior was very rude and unwelcoming. The checkout time was unusually early and not guest-friendly. No Online Payments: Reception does not accept online payments, which is inconvenient in today's digital age. Overpriced: Despite the poor condition, the charges are quite high. You can easily find much better options in Goa for 1000-1200. Unprofessional Attitude: The management seems to take undue pride in their service, which is disappointing given the actual experience. Overall: Would not recommend. The location doesn't make up for the lack of cleanliness, hospitality, and value for money.

Most horrible hotel in the all over Odisha please don't stay in this hotel this is very high expensive and hear service is not good for any time and anybody... This is not comfort for couple and children's if you stay in this hotel your experience is worst

The cost of rooms is too high compared to other hotels. Maintenance is too bad. Staff behaviour is the worst.

One of the worst hotel in puri . Everyone pls don't stay in the hotel, rooms are so small, price is high and their service to costumer is very bad. I have never seen this type of bad service by this hotel.

Over all 1 star. The room had little space. No sofa, no tea table at a cost of 3500/night. The bathroom was decent. The staff came to our room in the evening for doing some repairs, while we were about to leave and kept us waiting for an hour.. Some of our plans got ruined. The room was very average. Location from the beach - 200m (good)
